Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and associates. May his soul rest in peace. His contributions to our community will never be forgotten. We will miss his leadership and guidance.

May Allah grant him eternal rest. Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones. May they find strength and comfort in this difficult time. Hon. Lateef Muibi will always be remembered.

Petition Against Interference in NYCN Somolu Local Congress
The above subject matter refers please.

The Somolu local branch of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has completed its local Congress as stipulated by the NYCN constitution. This led to the emergence of new executives after passing through the electoral process upon the setting up of the Congress Planning Committee (CPC) and Electoral Committee (Eleco) and they were duly issued certificates of return.
It appears that there has been collusion between the Supervisor for Agriculture in Somolu Local Government, Mr. Ayo Hector, the NYCN State Chairman Biliaminu Oba, the Vice Chairman NYCN Lagos East Aare Abdulfatai and the local branch secretary Kola Abdulkabir to install a parallel Executive Council without going through the stipulated electoral process.
It Is noteworthy that forms for the various elected positions were made free of charge, however, some chose to boycott the process and make themselves executives through the backdoor.
The local branch of NYCN calls on your high office for intervention in this matter as these unconstitutional actions set a dangerous precedent for the organization. There is no basis for this installation other than an attempt to create a crisis where none exists.
Your Intervention in this matter would be much appreciated. Please accept my assurances of the highest consideration.
