من يحق له التسجيل: كل مواطن لبناني من مواليد 30 / 03 / 2005 ، وما قبل هذا التاريخ .
التسجيل يكون عبر الموقع الإلكتروني :
https://diasporavote.mfa.gov.lb
الخطوات الواجب اتباعها للتسجل الإلكتروني :
أولا: إنشاء الحساب من خلال إدخال المعلومات الشخصية أي الاسم، الشهرة، الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني،
ومن ثم النقر عل ى : I am not robot
ثانيا: تفعيل الحساب، حيث سيتلقى اللبناني غير المقيم رسالة نصية عبر بريده الإلكتروني ويجب النقر على
الرباط في هذه الرسالة لتفعيل حساب التسجيل .
ثالثا:ً اختيار بلد الإقامة والبعثة التابعة له .
رابعا: البحث عن الاسم في القوائم الانتخابية: ويجب تعبئة المعلومات الشخصية المطلوبة وهي: المحافظة،
القضاء، البلدة، رقم السجل، تاريخ الولادة .
وبعدها يصار إلى استخراج الاسم من القوائم الانتخابية .
خامسا: تحميل المستندات )يرجى تحميل نسخ واضحة( :
مستند أول إلزامي: بطاقة هوية لبنانية أو إخراج قيد لبناني، أو جواز سفر لبناني )صالح أو غير صالح( .
مستند ثان إلزامي: مستند لإثبات الإقامة )إقامة صالحة في البلد المعني، أو جواز السفر الأجنبي، أو رخصة
قيادة، أو فاتورة كهرباء أو مياه، أو عقد عمل، أو جواز سفر لبنا ني ممهور بتأشيرة هجرة أو إقامة .
ملاحظة : يجب إدخال عنوان السكن ف ي الخارج بشكل صحيح، مع الرمز البريدي بدقة تامة، حيث يصار إلى
تحديد مركز الاقتراع الأقرب إلى أماكن سكن المقترع بناء على ذلك .
