Meet Engr. Kyola T. Dyaji
The PFF Campus Leadership Bootcamp at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria brought together young people eager to develop the capacity to lead.
One of the remarkable voices we had the privilege of learning from was Engr. Kyola T. Dyaji, a registered Engineer and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with professional experience spanning engineering, aviation, leadership and community development.
Beyond her career, Engr. Dyaji is passionate about grooming young women to contribute meaningfully to national development.
Her journey reminded us that leadership is not simply about occupying a position. It is about developing the competence, character and courage to create impact.
We are grateful for the wisdom and experience she shared with our participants. 🌱
