2. Stay active, even just a little:
Go for a walk, stretch, or dance around your room. Movement helps your mind process emotions and release stress.
3. Journal your thoughts:
Write down what you’re feeling; no filters, no judgment. Seeing your emotions on paper can bring clarity and relief.
4. Lean on supportive friends or family: Even a short chat or a coffee with someone who cares can help you feel less alone.
5. Practice self-care intentionally:
Treat yourself gently this weekend: a warm bath, your favorite book, or your favorite comfort meal. Healing starts with small, kind actions toward yourself.
