Right Mindset

You can have all of the above qualities but if you do not have a positive mindset to believe God, there won’t be manifestation. Mathew 21:22 (NIV), If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

Prov. 23:7 says, as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. This means that the quality of a man’s life is directly proportional to his thoughts.

To the limit you can think is how far you will go in life.

Your mindset is so powerful that if you cannot see yourself living the life you desire or marrying the man you desire in your mind first, it will not happen in reality.

You must see yourself with your ideal man in the picture of your mind first, because it must happen in your mind before it can manifest in the physical.

When you have pictured it in your mind, begin to speak it into existence. In Luke 6:45, it says that out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. You begin to call those things that are not, as though they were. Rom 4:17b. Speak into your atmosphere continuously and call what you want to see and don’t stop until you see it.

Prov. 18:21 says the power of life and death is in the power of the tongue, so call forth life from every dead case and believe in your heart and you will see the manifestation.

A heart of gratitude

1 Thessalonians 5:18 (AMP), in every situation no matter what the circumstances, be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.

Gratitude is an attitude of winners. It is only those that have given up on God and themselves that do not have a grateful heart.

God commanded us to give thanks in every situation we find ourselves in life. Gratitude to God for your current season and a new season you're trusting Him for, is an attitude that gladdens God and makes him do for you beyond your heart desires.

I know you're trusting God for marital settlement, but have you been thoughtful enough to thank Him daily as if He has done it? Do you know that thanking God for what He is yet to do makes Him do it and even more? It’s true.

When you do that, you're telling Him that, God I choose to rely on you and trust you and I believe that you will do it. It is the faith you have in Him that will make you thank Him in advance for your request.

Hope you know that before the multiplication of the five loaves and two fishes with which Jesus fed the 5,000 men, He gave thanks to the Father first (Matt 25:36). The multiplication happened after He thanked the Father. Also, before Jesus raised Lazarus from the grave, He gave thanks first. He said Father I thank you because I know you always hear me (John 11:41).

Can you imagine? Jesus taught us from His earthly experience that an act of gratitude to God in our circumstances, ushers into our lives miraculous encounters. Jesus had an assurance within Himself that God the Father cannot refuse him any request because He has mastered how to approach the Father and get Him to grant His requests.

Do You trust God enough to genuinely thank Him in advance for what you prayed about? You have been trusting God for a breakthrough and He told you to thank Him in advance, you did and after two weeks you expected to see manifestation but it didn't happen and you started to doubt the ability of God. It means you don't have faith in God and you don't trust Him, so how do you want to see the manifestation of what you prayed about? The Bible says without faith, it is impossible to please God.

David a man after God’s heart, possessed this quality of gratitude no wonder he won all his battles. 2 Sam 6:16. David was a man that was thankful to God always and he expressed it in his worship to Him.

God knows that you’re yet to be settled maritally, He’s aware that you have challenges in your life, but He desires that you thank Him as you are.

The secret to having more is a heart of gratitude expressed to God. When you’re always thankful to God, you will automatically activate heaven to release blessings to you.

When you are thankful to God even in the face of delay, scarcity, adversity or affliction without noticing their effect on your life, your heart of gratitude will activate and bring about your deliverance and victory.

I know a man who had an accident and was in coma for months. He said that before he had the accident, whenever he was in church, he always praised and thanked God with his dance irrespective of what his situation was. So when he was in coma, he said he saw Jesus and He told him that he will not die from the coma because of his thankful attitude to God and He restored him back to life.

The man’s experience taught me that there are things we do here on earth that have a record in the presence of God in heaven which can activate and bring about our deliverances, breakthroughs, lifting, promotions, etc. Develop an attitude of gratitude from now.

God knows that as men, we have the tendency to be anxious if we don’t see our desires manifest, that is why scripture says in Phil 4:6 that we shouldn’t be anxious or worried about anything or a situation, instead we should pray and give God thanks over that situation because gratitude activates our blessings, breakthroughs, abundance and all good and perfect gifts.

A Lifestyle of Prayer

Another quality that attracts your ideal man is a woman that prays. Prayer is not only for those that need God to do something for them, it's for every believer.

Prayer is a two way communication. You talk to God and He talks back to you. After talking to God in prayers, listen to hear His response because He always talks back to you but the problem is that you don’t listen to Him. If you don't listen, how will you know His response concerning what you prayed about.

Prayer is the portal through which you travel to heaven and bring the will of God upon your life. If you do not pray, you will not know God's will and there won’t be manifestation because it is what is revealed to you, that you manifest.

Believers and unbelievers are looking for praying women to marry because they know that to survive and win on earth, you must hide yourself in God and one of the ways to do so is in prayers. Psa 91:1 says, He that dwells in the secret place of the most high, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Do you have a dwelling place in God?

When you pray, you give the angels the license to come to the earth and act on your behalf. If you do not pray, your portions in life will remain in the spiritual realm, there will be no manifestation in the physical.

It is true that you dreamt and saw that you met and married your ideal man, but if you don't pray it from the spiritual realm to the physical, it will remain in the spiritual realm because the physical life is controlled from the spiritual realm. You're victorious in Christ Jesus already, but to experience the manifestation, you must pray.

When you pray, you’re authorizing the armies of the host of Angels to act in your favour. In the book of Luke 1:11-13, An Angel appeared to Zachariah the priest and told him that his prayers have been heard and that his wife Elizabeth will conceive and bear a son. It was his prayer that activated the Angel to bring the answer to his prayer. You haven't seen your manifestation because you have not prayed well.

One of the key ways to have God grant your requests is through the portals of prayer. The Bible says let your request be made known to God. When Jesus Christ was on earth, He prayed ceaselessly, even though he was God, He still made His request known to the Father because no man can win, influence, rule and dominate on earth without prayer.
But Jesus Himself would often slip away to the wilderness and pray [in seclusion]. Luke 5:16 (AMP)

In Matt 26:36-44, Before Jesus was arrested, he went to pray at Gethsemane for hours. Jesus prayed during the good and bad times. Some of us, when we are faced with challenges of life, instead of us to pray more, it is that time we will withdraw from God as if our withdrawal from him will bring the solution to our challenges.

This is part of the things that lead to frustration and depression because you cannot get a lasting solution to the problems of life outside God. God deliberately made it that way because He is the Creator and architect of the universe and so the manual of how to live a victorious life is in the palm of his hands.

When you pray, the will of God will be revealed to you as earlier mentioned and you will receive the grace to fulfill it.

If you are experiencing marital delay, pray about it and see God overturn the verdicts of the devil over your marital life.

Pray until the answer to your prayer manifests. James 5:17-18 (NIV), Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.

Mark 11:24 (AMP), For this reason, I am telling you, whatever things you ask for in prayer [in accordance with God’s will], believe [with confident trust] that you have received them, and they will be given to you.

You are the first priest over your life and so you must build your prayer altar with God and see to it that the fire doesn’t go out.

Fear God, Reverence and Honor Him

Another irresistible quality your ideal man is looking out for in his ideal woman is a woman that fears, reverence and honours God.

When you serve God in fear, you reverence and honour Him, He will give you his best choice as a marriage partner because He has seen how you honour and reverence Him, so He can trust you with his choicest son because he knows you will treat him well. In Prov. 31:30 (AMP), Charm and grace are deceptive, and [superficial] beauty is vain, But a woman who fears the Lord [reverently worshipping, obeying, serving, and trusting Him with awe-filled respect], she shall be praised.

In Job 1:1 (AMP), There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job; that man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God [with reverence] and abstained from and turned away from evil [because he honoured God]. When God sees that a woman fears Him and serves Him with reverence and honour, He takes personal interest in such person, and He will commit great destiny in the hand of such a person because God trust you that you won't disappoint Him no matter the condition you find yourself.

Job was a man God was so confident about and vouched for him that he hated everything evil. Even when Job was afflicted by the devil, he didn’t dishonour God, he served and worshipped Him with his affliction. That was why when his wife advised him to cause God, he didn’t consider doing it because when a person fears and honours God, there are certain things he/she would even consider not to talk more of doing it against God, regardless of who advises them. No wonder Job's latter days was better than his former.

Sis, can God be this confident about you that when He gives you that ideal man you desire, you won’t tell him not to serve God anymore, curse God or look else where for a solution other than God because of the challenges of life? Think about it.

In Genesis 39:9, Potiphar's wife tried to seduce Joseph and he said how can I do this great wickedness and sin against God. He was locked up in the prison for a season but God lifted him far beyond his master that he became a master to his former master because God saw that Joseph feared him and hated everything evil. God will give you your ideal man only when He can trust you enough to know that you possess the qualities to compliment him.

When you worship and serve God in fear, reverence and honour, He will preserve the man he has prepared for you. Noah was a man that feared God and He preserved him and his family from destruction, 2 Peter 2:5.

He will also bless you beyond your imaginations and thoughts because He has seen how much you reverence, honour and fear him.

If you serve God in fear and you obey Him, He will guard and defend all that concerns you jealously. In Genesis 20:3, Abimelech took Sarah, Abraham's wife and God appeared to Abimelech that same night in a dream that if he doesn’t return Sarah to Abraham, he was as good as a dead man.

To serve God in fear, reverence and honour is to become a witness of Christ, love him and do his will always. In 1 Sam 2:30, God says, those who honour me, I will honour them.

Make God your priority from today.
