At JCI Lekki Royale, we believe that leadership growth is accelerated through learning, collaboration, and mentorship.
Our June Business Meeting was an enriching session that combined chapter business updates with valuable leadership development discussions.
Members received updates on key initiatives, including the Q2 Hangout, EDGE 2.0, Junior Club activities, and reports from AMEC, highlighting the progress being made across the chapter and opportunities for greater member engagement.
A major highlight of the meeting was the insightful presentation by Dr. Timothy Aluko (SPY-CSP, PMP, CSP) on the topic, "The Role of Mentorship in Achieving Results."
The session explored how intentional mentorship can accelerate personal growth, strengthen leadership capacity, and help individuals achieve meaningful results in their careers, businesses, and service journeys.
Key takeaway: Success is rarely achieved alone. The right mentor can provide guidance, perspective, accountability, and support that transforms potential into performance.
