Six years of showing up.
Six years of raising voices.
Six years of standing for the girl child.

Six years of breaking silence.
Six years of creating safe spaces.
Six years of choosing impact over comfort.

Six years of reaching communities.
Six years of changing stories.
Six years of building confidence where it was once missing.

Six years of volunteers who didn’t give up.
Six years of people who believed in the mission.
Six years of lives touched and still counting.

We’re not done yet.

There are still girls to reach.
Still dreams to protect.
Still a future to build.

Happy 6th Anniversary, TGPI.

Sexual violence is not a social media debate,It is a serious human rights issue.

In light of the recent reports circulating online, we are calling for responsible public conduct and due process. Allegations of sexual assault must be treated with sensitivity and seriousness not speculation, mockery, or victim-blaming.

When we rush to discredit survivors before investigations are concluded, we create a culture of silence that discourages others from speaking up.

Nigeria continues to record alarming rates of sexual and gender-based violence. This is why laws such as the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act (VAPP) 2015 and various state-level protections exist to ensure accountability, protection, and justice.

We urge the public to:
• Allow security agencies to carry out their investigations
• Avoid spreading unverified information
• Refrain from harmful commentary
• Prioritize empathy over assumption

Justice must be guided by facts and due process not online narratives.

We stand for survivor dignity.
We stand for accountability.
We stand for a safer society for women and girls.

A girl should never have to suffer in the name of tradition.

Let this be the generation that chooses protection over silence, dignity over harm and truth over fear.

Add your voice. Share this. Help keep a girl safe.

There was a time when a single conversation changed everything.
One mentor. One workshop. One safe space where a girl felt seen, heard, and capable.

That’s the heartbeat of our Girls CONNECT Program.

Every month, we create intentional spaces where girls don’t just listen, they learn, ask questions, unlearn limiting beliefs, build confidence, and discover who they can become.

We talk about leadership before the world tells them they’re too young. We talk about mental health before silence becomes the norm. We talk about menstrual health, purpose, careers, finances, technology, and life honestly and boldly.

This year, our vision is bigger.
The reach is wider.
And we’re asking an important question:

Do you think you have a role to play in this vision?

If you have knowledge, lived experience, or skills that could guide a girl forward…
If you’ve walked a path you wish someone had explained earlier…
If mentoring, teaching, or simply showing up feels aligned with your purpose

We’re inviting you to serve as a Speaker or Mentor at the Girls CONNECT Monthly Workshop.
