Last week, we had another impactful mentorship session with our Cohort 8 students, and we’re truly grateful to everyone who made it special.

Last Friday, Cohort 8 student both online and physical had a powerful and insightful mentorship session focused on the skills needed to grow, stand out, and lead in today’s workplace.

We explored how to optimize LinkedIn for better employability and career opportunities, communicate clearly, and work effectively with people across different teams. We also learned that leadership is not only about having a title, it starts with taking responsibility, showing initiative, and bringing value wherever you are.

It was a session filled with practical knowledge, meaningful conversations, and lessons we can apply as we continue to build our careers. Here’s to growing with purpose, becoming better collaborators, and leading ourselves well. 🚀
