REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF STATE COORDINATOR FOR THE PLO Lumumba FOUNDATION IN NIGERIA

1. EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP: The interested person must possess strong leadership and community development skills.

2. KNOWLEDGE OF PAN-AFRICANISM: Must have understanding of the principles and ideals of Pan-Africanism, as advocated by Patrice Lumumba.

4. STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must have the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders.

3. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: Experience in working with local communities, organisations, and government agencies.

4. PASSION FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE: Commitment to promoting social justice, equality, and human rights.

5. INTEGRITY AND CREDIBILITY: must demonstrates integrity, credibility, and trustworthiness in personal and professional life.

6. ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY: must be a person of Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.

7. UNDERSTANDING OF LOCAL CONTEXT: must be familiar with the local context, culture, and challenges of the state.
