, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. It’s a campaign done every year to raise awareness of the disease, and to promote breast cancer screening that can save lives through early detection and treatment.

Please lets make self examination of our breasts routine every month.

The best time to check your breasts is just when your period ends (if you are still getting your period). This is because your breasts are less tender and swollen when your period ends, so it shpuld be easier to feel for any unusual changes

Most lumps turn out to be benign but pls report it to your doctor asap if you find a lump
