References of a True Leader!
*Visions: Specific set of ideas or goals that you build around your passion for being a true leader. As a true leader, you must have vision why you want to lead a specific people.
*Wisdom: A true leader is a wise person. To lead requires wisdoms. You are dealing with different people with different characters and opinions. You need wisdom to direct them.
*Service: True Leadership is service. You must learn that you're serving people. Your ultimate priority is to serve the people under you.
*Impart: A leader impart his followers. You must be able to input positive features that will build and equip the people under you.
*Influence: A leader must be an agent of change by his strength to influence his people to become better version of themselves.
Being a leader is not to rule, it's for service!!!
