```Ibn ʿAbbās (رضي الله عنهما) was asked:

«رجلٌ قليلُ العملِ قليلُ الذنوبِ أعجبُ إليك، أم رجلٌ كثيرُ العملِ كثيرُ الذنوبِ؟»```

“Which is more beloved to you: a man whose deeds are few and whose sins are few, or a man whose deeds are many and whose sins are many?”

```He replied:

«لا أعدلُ بالسَّلامةِ شيئًا»
```
“I do not equate anything with safety [from sin].”

Al-Mu‘alla ibn Ziyad said:

I heard al-Hasan (رحمه الله) swear in this masjid by Allah, the One besides whom there is no deity worthy of worship:

“ما مضى مؤمن قط ولا بقي إلا وهو من النفاق مشفق، وما مضى منافق قط ولا بقي إلا وهو من النفاق آمن”

“No believer has ever passed away or remained except that he feared hypocrisy, and no hypocrite has ever passed away or remained except that he was secure from hypocrisy.”

And he used to say:

“من لم يخف من النفاق فهو منافق”

“Whoever does not fear hypocrisy is a hypocrite.”

🌿 A Beautiful Reminder About Good Character 🌿

Shaykh Ibn ʿUthaymīn رحمه الله said:

“Know that cheerfulness and a pleasant expression toward your brothers are matters for which you are rewarded. Whoever is characterised by this should praise Allah and ask Him for more of it. And whoever is not characterised by it should train himself upon it, for a person continues to train himself upon noble manners until they become part of his character and natural disposition.”

A smile, a kind face, and a cheerful attitude are not merely social habits—they are acts of worship for which a believer is rewarded.

If Allah has blessed you with good character, thank Him and ask for increase. If you struggle with it, continue striving and training yourself, for noble manners are acquired through perseverance until they become second nature.

May Allah beautify our character and make us among those who bring joy and comfort to others. آمين

📖 Al-Ḍiyāʾ al-Lāmiʿ

It's said that the sun is surrounded by the moons, this is true, Āsh-'Ṣhaykhul Islam al-'Mujadid Faqeeh Ibn-Taymiyyāh رحمه الله was the sun.

Ibn-Taymiyyāh and his students رحمهم الله are indeed blessing to Ummāh of Muḥāmmaḍ.

May 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮̄𝗵 have mercy upon their souls and grant them the highest place In Jannāh.
