Tor Tiv Receives Broadcast Equipment for Tiv Television, Assures Global Reach
The Tor Tiv, His Royal Majesty, Prof. James Ayatse, has received broadcast equipment procured for Tiv Television (Tiv-TV), describing the items as high-quality, durable, and fit for long-term use.
Receiving the equipment alongside his wife, Her Royal Majesty, Prof. Felicia Ayatse, the paramount ruler expressed satisfaction with the standard of the facilities, noting that they were capable of serving the station effectively for many years.
“These are highly qualitative and expensive pieces of equipment. They are strong enough to stand the test of time,” the Tor Tiv said.
He commended those entrusted with the procurement process for faithfully executing their mandate and offered prayers for God’s blessings upon them.
The monarch also praised the management and technical team of Tiv Television, led by Mrs Dorcas Ukpe, for their commitment and dedication to the successful ex*****on of the project.
Prof. Ayatse further acknowledged the support of the Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, noting that his backing made the acquisition of the equipment possible.
Assuring viewers of improved service delivery, the Tor Tiv said the quality of the facilities would significantly enhance programming and broadcast standards at the station.
He reiterated the importance of Tiv Television in promoting Tiv culture and heritage, observing that the Tiv people constitute a large population whose traditions and values deserve proper documentation and global visibility.
He therefore called on the public to support and patronise Tiv-TV, expressing confidence that the station would attract a global audience.
