On several occasions, we have tasted the depth of despair, tempted to surrender,
But at each time, we have refused to succumb to the grips of defeat,
Not that we have so much power let in us, but because we know that the hopes of very many are anchored in us,
So if we capitulate, we shall not only be failing ourselves,
But destroying the hopes of the many who fin strength in us
May we never fail until our time is up.

We Are All Born To Die
We are born; we live at which time we struggle and toil
Some find peace, fortune and happiness
Others are consumed in perpetual struggles to survive
Pursing mirages until their time is up
Some get old enough to marry, have children, age before their time is up
Others either die at childhood, young or at the prime of their lives
But at end, we are each washed away by the torrent of death
But the cycle of birth and death continue

This is meaningless
But man has over many ages created many philosophical illusions
To help him make meanings out of this meaninglessness
These are men’s religions;
A groping in the dark to explain some difficult questions albeit unsuccessful,
But many find succor in its indulgence.

I honestly don’t really see why we are here
Any meaning in this cycle of birth and death
It is meaningless.
