1. Establish Entrepreneurship Development Institute: Create a dedicated platform for entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and development, equipping youth with the skills and knowledge needed to start and grow successful businesses.
2. Design Human Development and Economic Projects: Develop and implement projects that address specific economic and social needs, creating opportunities for youth to engage in meaningful economic activities.
3. Establish Financing Unit: Set up a specialized unit to provide financial support and resources to youth-led projects and businesses, facilitating access to capital and promoting economic growth.
4. Source Financers for Projects: Identify and secure funding opportunities from national and international sources, including government agencies, private investors, and development organizations, to support YOREISA projects and initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Establish the Entrepreneurship Development Institute within short timeframe.
2. Design and implement at least 5 human development and economic projects.
3. Disburse funding to youth-led projects through the Financing Unit.
4. Secure funding commitments from national and international financiers.
