Our mission is to promote equity in access to education and health care services in a gender-responsive and inclusive way for the disadvantaged and undeserved communities. Founded in 2012 and registered in 2015, Romeo & Zainab Boudib Foundation “ROMZAIB”, is a women led, non-governmental organization that supports community development through education and health. ROMZAIB works with poor, rural a
nd undeserved communities in Northern Nigeria to design and implement programs to improve literacy, educate the girl child, and empower women to make informed health decisions for themselves and their families. ROMZAIB also serves as an advocacy organization through strong networks with policy makers and key decision makers in government to influence health and education policies which favour development in these under-served communities.
