At Bunkure LGA Kano State, Imams, Pastors, Mai Unguwa and Mai Gari came together for a powerful roundtable to drive one shared goal; healthier families and stronger communities.

The meeting created a space for open dialogue where leaders discussed practical ways to promote antenatal care, support safe childbirth and encourage positive health behaviours within their communities.

Together, they committed to expanding the reach of FCC messages beyond boundaries, ensuring that no household is left behind, regardless of faith or background.

Good Friday is often called "good" not because of the pain of the cross, but because of the purpose behind it. It was the ultimate act of sacrifice that built a bridge for the lost, the weary, and the broken.

For 25 years at GPHI, we have witnessed how hope can be rebuilt from the ashes. We see it in every child who finds a home and every life that moves from the "wilderness" of lack into the "green pastures" of provision and love. 🌿🏠

Today, we pause to honor the sacrifice that makes all restoration possible. Because He gave everything, we are empowered to give our best to those who need it most.

As you reflect today, remember: no matter how deep the wilderness, there is always a path back to the Home of Love.

In Takai LGA of , married Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) came together in a safe and supportive space to learn, share and grow. From discussions on healthy child spacing to the importance of facility-based childbirth, the session sparked meaningful conversations that inspire healthier families and brighter futures.

GPHI Team engaged the Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) in Takai LGA Kano, sharing knowledge, building trust and working together to ensure AGYW are guided toward safe care and healthy Childbirth at the health facilities.

Because when TBAs and health systems work hand in hand, lives are protected.
