Living with Hepatitis B in Nigeria? Your voice matters đź’›

A global research study is inviting adults in Nigeria who are living with chronic Hepatitis B to share their experiences.

The study, led by the Hepatitis B Foundation (USA) in collaboration with partners within the World Hepatitis Alliance, is exploring quality of life, treatment experiences, and healthcare engagement among people living with hepatitis B.

📝 What’s involved?
• A confidential 20-minute online survey
• Completed at three timepoints over six months
• Responses are anonymous and voluntary

âś… Who can participate?
• 18 years and above
• Diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B (HBsAg positive)
• Currently living in Nigeria

Your participation will help strengthen patient-centered care and ensure Nigeria’s voice is represented in global hepatitis research.

Proud to have participated in the Global TB Clinical and Educational Summit by QIAGEN, strengthening skills to advance quality-assured TB diagnostics and support TB elimination goals.

The summit was exceptionally well-organized and provided rich, up-to-date knowledge on tuberculosis diagnostics, clinical practice, and innovative molecular approaches. The sessions were insightful and highly relevant, contributing significantly to my professional development and understanding of current global TB challenges and solutions.

I truly appreciate QIAGEN commitment to capacity building, education, and advancing quality diagnostics worldwide. It was an honor to be part of such a valuable learning platform.

We joined the Kano State Ministry of Health, Kano State Agency for the Control of AIDs (KSACA), Clinton Health Acess Initiative (CHAI), and other dedicated partners in marking World Hepatitis Day 2025 under the theme “Hepatitis: Let’s Beat It Down.”

The event highlighted the urgency to scale up awareness, screening, and treatment and reinforced our shared commitment to ending hepatitis in our communities.
