This is a tentative manifesto of KEF fated to get through to all the 2,600+ Kano State citizens that benefited the foreign scholarships (Bachelors, MBBS, Pham, Marine, Nursing, Pilot Course and Masters) of Kano State Government during 2011/2015 administration. His Excellency, Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of Kano State, counsel us at our farewell ceremony at the Government House, “To whom much is
given, much is expected.” These words SHOULD be a source of inspiration to all of us. Thus, the idea for the formation of a nongovernmental organization arose. The Foundation should be non-political, not-for-profit, nongovernmental, organized, independent, and self-governing. Your advice, observations, and suggestions will be warmly welcomed. Because this is our NGO and everyone should play a role in establishing it.
