INTRODUCTION
IGMA Nigeria, was established in 2001 and registered with Adult and Non formal education, Bauchi after several consultations with board of trustees and key stakeholders at community level. The institution successfully operates at grass root level in areas of: -

Literacy programs
Advocacy
Women empowerment/youths
Water sanitation and Hygiene promotion
Basic first aid training.
IT related training for youths
Peace missions
The management of Isyaku Guda Memorial Academy (IGMA) continue with their effort towards strengthening the institution performances through innovations and positive initiatives in rural areas through participatory approach, based on that, the institution achieved lots of its aims especially in reducing the level of illiteracy at different communities in Bauchi, Jigawa, Kano and Gombe states through collaboration with government and non-governmental originations, e.g. Fadama III, IFAD, ANFEA, AfDP, RUFIN, SAHEL, DEC, CRUDAN, ZERI CENTER- ATBU, BACATMA, WATERAID, ACTIONAID and other civil organizations.
In 2011, the Institution registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and equally became the member of National Network of Non- Governmental organization of Nigeria (NNNGO) and also an affiliate member of Association of Non-Banks Microfinance institution of Nigeria (ANMFIN).
The academy partner with Kano, Kwara, and other northern states for investment opportunities and collaborations for agricultural development, IT, Entrepreneurial development as well as capacity building in different aspects of rural development especially youths and other vulnerable target from 2010 to 2017, we also work with Fadama III, and II respectively in Jigawa and Bauchi in area of small ruminants business and also facilitates the process of FADAMA GUY project in partnership with Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University(ATBU) under the said FADAMA project.
In other Development, some of the key initiators of the Academy are very familiar with CBN programs due to training received as rural business planners/ facilitators across the Nation.
