Avabe Initiative is a non-governmental, non partisan, non political and non for profit organization. 'Educating and Empowering Girls and Women for Turn Around ' is a project of Avabe Initiative for Community Development in Northern Nigeria, committed towards 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. It focuses on the three vital aspect of life such as food, education and means of livelihood. As a result we promote good evidence supports delivery of effective services that support end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture for girls and women; inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all girls and women, and achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. We organized classes for Children, girls and illiterate women. These are achieved through effective collaboration with communities, government and non-governmental agencies, academic institutions, local and international organizations with tremendous support from the volunteers. We are confident that more could be achieved through climate mitigation and reducing vulnerabilities once our greatest challenge of funding is remedied. Our Vision is: To create enabling environment for proper implementation of policies and frameworks related to the health of women and youth towards realization of their self reliance and improved educational standard of children.
