Today, EWEI celebrates teachers! Teachers shape our world, transform classrooms, and unlock the potential in every child. But to do their best work, teachers need real support, fair treatment, and respect.
Teaching is harder today than ever before. Teachers are dealing with new technology, climate changes, and helping children affected by crisis and displacement. Sadly, many teachers face big obstacles:
๐ Low Respect: Their hard work is often ignored or undervalued.
๐ฃ๏ธ No Voice: They have little say in how schools and education policies are run.
๐ธ Poor Conditions: Low pay, huge workloads, and lack of supplies make their jobs difficult.
This World Teachersโ Day, EWEI calls on governments and leaders to stand with teachers. We must protect their rights, pay them fairly, and listen to their ideas. When we empower teachers, we build a peaceful, fair, and bright future for everyone!
