Remember that March 2026 starts on Sunday. February is rushing out like the world will end in March. If you or someone you know experiences any form of social impairment that keeps them not fruitful and productive, not realizing their potential and not contributing to society, let's design an intervention plan that will activate their behavior. Not all ills need pills. Nothing pathological may be wrong with them; just a behavior activation.

This guy calls, says he'd been addicted to tramadol and had sold lands, houses, a car and now sells pepper in the market. Cries before his kids who console him anytime he takes and feels helpless. Kids beg him to stop but he can't. I do probono service for such genuine cases. I offer to help, he accepts, appointment set, he fails to turn up. I don't blame him, I blame the sweetness of the addiction. Yes, addition is sweet and lovely more than anything ever loved. For the addict, the element of addiction is first love. Addiction is lovely and pleasurable which is why people remain in it and trust me, most addicts don't truly want to leave it. ONE WAY TO GRADUALLY LET GO of addiction is to only accept it freely. Don't pay for it, don't ask for it, don't look for it. While accepting it only freely, learn the refusal skills in case offered. I told a sex addict not to buy sex anymore, not to woo any more ladies but accept those who'll come because I know they won't just rush to him. Gradually leave your addiction.
you want to exit your addiction gradually, chat me

*DO NOT TRY TO SQUARE THE CIRCLE*

_This short video should provide a lesson._

I got back home, tired, and decided to eat outside on a mat. It was rice and beans, I like the combination and my wife knows it. I ate hastily because I had a therapy session the next hour and needed to be set for it, while I ate, some crumbs fell. Then something remarkable happened. I saw two ants struggling with food. The small ant comfortably grabbed its food and walks away while the big ant struggles endlessly with the food according to its size. The big ant obviously became exhausted, weary and frustrated and walks away without the food. The ant walks away with hope of returning to the food, so I guess.

Life presents us with opportunities everyday, enough to make us comfortable. Sometimes we become blindfolded by what we want and forget to grab what we need. Our needs are very important which is why Abraham Maslow presented them in a hierarchy for us to follow gradually, using one need as precondition for a higher need.

If the big ant had grabbed the quantity and size it was capable of moving away with, it would have been a win for it at the time. It is not mediocrity to stoop for little things that are prerequisite for big things; it is understanding that what appears impossible now can be made possible if we understood that an opportunity to grab the big things will come.

Let us learn to let go what we technically can't get at the moment and regroup for the next opportunity (NO). Our mind usually make us accept what we want to accept because in the end, our mind isn't an exclusive entity. It reproduces what we produce by our own thoughts. If we think we can grab the big things, our mind gives the tenacity and resilience to remain in the pursuit.

Our mind can control us until we direct it otherwise.
