On Monday, 23rd March 2026, AMDF successfully conducted a capacity building training on Report Writing and Documentation, facilitated by Ime T. T.

The training was designed to equip staff with essential skills for effective reporting and proper documentation of activities.

Participants were taken through four key sessions:
1. Rudiments of Information Management
2. Best Practices on Reporting
3 .The Report
4. Key Notes

Through an interactive and collaborative approach, participants gained practical insights into cataloguing, naming conventions, filing systems, reporting timelines, and the features of a good report.

As part of the learning process, participants were assigned practical tasks to:
1. Prepare a report based on the training or a selected activity
2. Adopt a suitable filing system
3. Define appropriate reporting timelines for their work

Follow-up sessions will be organized to reinforce learning and support continuous improvement.

AMDF attended a one day consultative workshop organized by the Voice of the Girl Child and Vulnerable People Foundation (VGCVPF) in partnership with Muslim Charity UK, aimed at fostering dialogue, collaboration and shared learning among civil society organizations and key stakeholders on issues affecting vulnerable populations with a focus on protection, prevention, reintegration and empowering victims of GBV, human trafficking, street connected and vulnerable children.
