A massive thank you to Temidayo Musa for delivering powerful insights to our cohort during the Kuri’a Digital Integrity Fellowship 2026 cohort 1.

Temidayo left our fellows with an essential roadmap for civic responsibility, urging advocates to lead by example: "Practice what you preach. Let us try to promote peaceful participation and also participate in elections."

We deeply appreciate your commitment to fostering democratic stability and empowering this new wave of digital integrity champions to take direct action in their communities.

Appreciation from all of us at and Kuri’a Digital Integrity Champions. We are incredibly grateful to Sihle Makanya for sharing his vital perspective on the future of our continent: "Sub-Saharan Africa is the youngest region in the world, which means that digital democracy of the coming decades would be led by people your age."

Thank you for your leadership and insights!

We are excited to share a major milestone in our mission to protect and strengthen democracy in Nigeria. We will be hosting a critical stakeholder engagement session in Kaduna State to officially launch the demo of the Kuri'a AI Monitor v1.0.

This interactive session will bring together Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to explore how this cutting-edge tool can enhance election integrity and expand civic monitoring capabilities. As we approach critical future election cycles for 2027 in Nigeria, the conversation around technology is shifting.

While AI offers immense potential to bridge language barriers and optimize logistics, it also introduces serious challenges. Issues like AI-driven disinformation, targeted deepfakes, and algorithmic bias present real threats to public trust. That is why the Kuri'a AI Monitor focuses on providing verified, locally rooted real-time data to ensure that technology serves as a shield for transparency, rather than a tool for manipulation.

We can't wait to host you soon💃
