🤔Does milk cure ulcer?🤔

No!!!
Have you heard people say that milk should be taken to treat ulcer pain? Many of us if not all of us😂

Truth is, milk may temporarily soothe the ulcer pain, well because it costs the stomach wall lining. On the other hand, milk causes your stomach to produce more acids😥

Why?
Okay, milk is a protein. For proteins to be digested, the enzyme pepsinogen must be converted to pepsin by stomach acid.
So in other words, acid production increases when you take the milk 😥

So if you have been gnawing on a lot of snacks lately, or drinking milk to treat your ulcer, I advice you to talk to your doctor or pharmacist

👃 ASTHMA 👃

Anyone who has seen an asthma patient struggling to breathe or has experienced one knows for sure that it is never a pleasant experience.
During an asthma attack, the muscles of the air passages in the lungs go into spasm. This makes the airways narrow, and breathing becomes difficult.
These breathing difficulties are most times accompanied by wheezing, coughing, severe distress and anxiety.

The aim of today's episode is to equip our fellow readers with some basic first aid knowledge on what to do in the case of an asthma attack.

So what can you as a first aider do?
- Dear first aider, keep calm and reassure the casualty. Get them to use their inhaler if they have one. Ask them to breathe slowly and deeply.
- Get him or her to to sit down in a position they find most comfortable. Please do not let them lie down.
- A mild attack should ease out in a few minutes. If it doesn't ask them to take another dose from their inhaler.
- Monitor their vital signs. These include their level of response, breathing levels and even their pulse.
- ultimately, seek for Medical help !

Congratulations, you are now a first aider 🚑!!!!!

Enjoy the rest of your day!!
See you same time, next week😉
