We are looking for individuals who don't just see the problems, but are ready to build the solutions.
Join a team where your experience in Programs, Communications, or Advocacy will be used to drive institutional change and empower women across the country.

Yinlaifa Edolo is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of The Metropolitan Skills Ltd, a capacity development and advisory firm committed to advancing human capital and institutional growth across Africa. With a deep passion for people development and organizational excellence, she has built a strong track record in designing and implementing impactful training and leadership programs.

Yinlaifa is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) and a Member of the Association of Elite Human Resource Professionals, reflecting her commitment to professional standards and continuous learning in the HR field.

Beyond her corporate engagements, she is the Founder of the Okolo Art Community, an initiative that nurtures creativity, expression, and cultural dialogue among emerging artists.
She also serves as the Conference Coordinator for the African International Conference on Islamic Finance

(AICIF), Africa's leading platform for advancing sustainable and inclusive finance. In this role, she has helped shape strategic partnerships and curate thought-provoking sessions that drive industry growth and innovation.
