🌿 DEVOTIONAL: *OBEY GOD WHILE HE STILL SPEAKS* 🌿

📅 Tuesday, 29th September 2026

📖 Text: Jonah 1:1–17; Jonah 2:10; Jonah 3:1–3

“But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD…” — Jonah 1:3

🔍 *THE DISOBEDIENCE THAT WAS EXPOSED*

Jonah received a clear instruction from God: “Arise, go to Nineveh.”

But Jonah chose to go in the opposite direction.

Interestingly, Jonah's disobedience became known to others because a fish swallowed him.

Think about it.

If Jonah had boarded the ship, sailed away, and nothing happened, those around him might never have known that he was running from God's instruction. His disobedience could have remained hidden from human observation.

But the storm came.

The lot fell on Jonah.

He confessed his disobedience.

And eventually, the fish swallowed him.

What was hidden in Jonah's heart was exposed by the consequence of his disobedience.

🌱 *NOT EVERY DISOBEDIENCE IS IMMEDIATELY EXPOSED*

This is where we must examine ourselves.

There are people today who have rejected God's instructions and are walking in disobedience, yet nobody knows.

There are things God has told you to stop, but you continue.

There are things He has told you to do, but you have refused.

There are places He has told you not to go.

Relationships He has warned you about.

Attitudes He has commanded you to surrender.

Habits He has instructed you to abandon.

Yet because nothing terrible has happened, you may assume everything is fine.

It is not the absence of consequences that makes disobedience acceptable.

Sometimes, what we call “nothing happened” is actually the mercy of God giving us another opportunity to repent.

🔥 *GOD'S MERCY CAN DELAY THE CONSEQUENCE*

Jonah's story teaches us that God's mercy does not always mean immediate judgment.

God could have allowed Jonah to perish at sea, but He prepared a great fish.

The fish was uncomfortable, but it preserved Jonah's life.

God was correcting Jonah while still giving him an opportunity to return.

Likewise, some of us are alive today not because our disobedience is harmless, but because God's mercy has not allowed the consequences to overtake us.

Don't mistake mercy for approval.

Don't mistake delayed judgment for divine permission.

Don't mistake God's patience for agreement with your disobedience.

God's mercy is an invitation to return.

⚠️ *YOUR DISOBEDIENCE MAY BE WORSE THAN JONAH'S*

Jonah's disobedience was serious.

God spoke.

Jonah heard.

Jonah understood.

And Jonah deliberately went in another direction.

Yet many today are doing the same thing.

The difference is that your disobedience may not have been exposed yet.

Jonah's disobedience became visible because of the storm and the fish.

But what if God has been merciful enough to keep your “fish” away?

What if the negative outcome you are expecting has not happened simply because God is still giving you time?

What if the silence around your disobedience is actually an opportunity for repentance?

🐟 *DON'T WAIT FOR YOUR FISH*

Jonah survived his fish.

You may not survive yours.

Jonah's fish became God's instrument for correction and preservation. But we must never assume that our own consequences will look like Jonah's.

Your disobedience may attract an outcome that cannot be reversed.

You may lose something that cannot be recovered.

You may enter a situation that could have been avoided through simple obedience.

You may suffer consequences that God was trying to save you from when He first gave the instruction.

Therefore, don't wait for the consequences before you decide to obey.

Don't wait for the storm.

Don't wait for the exposure.

Don't wait for the loss.

Don't wait until everything falls apart before you take God's Word seriously.

🌿 *OBEY GOD NOW*

God gave Jonah another opportunity:

*“And the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the second time…”* — Jonah 3:1

What mercy!

The same God who spoke to Jonah the first time spoke again.

But don't presume upon that second opportunity.

The fact that God gave Jonah another instruction does not mean everyone who disobeys will receive the same opportunity in the same way.

If God is speaking to you now, obey Him now.

If the Holy Spirit is convicting you, respond now.

If God's Word has exposed something in your life, surrender now.

If there is something you need to stop, stop now.

If there is something you need to do, do now.

🔥 *WHILE HE STILL SPEAKS*

God's voice is a gift.

His instruction is a pathway of protection.

His correction is an expression of His love.

Do not force God to use painful circumstances to teach you what His Word has already told you.

Obedience before consequences is wisdom.

Jonah eventually obeyed, but his journey to obedience was painful.

You don't have to take Jonah's route.

You can obey without first being swallowed.

You can repent without first experiencing the storm.

You can surrender without first losing everything.

🙏 *PRAYER*

📍Father, give me a heart that responds to Your voice with immediate obedience.

- Deliver me from deliberate disobedience.

- Open my eyes to every area where I have rejected Your instructions.

- Help me not to mistake Your mercy for approval.

- Give me the grace to repent while You are still speaking.

- Keep me from learning through painful consequences what I could have learned through Your Word.

- Give me courage to obey You even when obedience is uncomfortable.

- Let my life be governed by Your Word and not by my desires.

Lord, I don't want to wait for my fish.

I don't want to wait for the storm.

I don't want to wait for the consequences.

While You still speak, give me grace to obey.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

📣 *DECLARATION*

🙋I will not wait for consequences before I obey God.

🙋I will not mistake mercy for approval.

🙋I will not continue in what God has commanded me to abandon.

🙋I will respond to God's voice while He still speaks.

🙋My obedience will not be forced by disaster; it will be produced by love and faith.

🙋I choose to obey God— *NOW* .

💭 *REFLECTION*

1. What instruction from God have I been delaying?

2. Is there an area where I have mistaken God's mercy for His approval?

3. What would I change today if I knew my disobedience would soon be exposed?

4. Am I waiting for consequences before I obey?

5. What is God saying to me right now, and what will I do about it?

🌿 DEVOTIONAL:
*THE FAITH THAT OUTLIVES THE GIANTS* 🌿

Monday 28th September 2026

📖 Text: Joshua 14:6–13; Matthew 10:39

“And now, behold, the LORD has kept me alive, as He said, these forty-five years... and here I am this day, eighty-five years old. As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me.” — Joshua 14:10–11

🔍 *WHEN EVERYONE ELSE DOUBTS, BELIEVE GOD*

A man who chooses to believe God even when surrounded by unbelieving people will experience the faithfulness of God.

Caleb stood among men who saw the same land he saw.

They saw the giants.

They saw the fortified cities.

They saw the difficulties.

But Caleb saw something greater.

He saw the God who had promised them the land.

While others allowed what they saw to destroy their faith, Caleb refused to allow the giants in the land to become bigger than the God he knew.

He believed that God was able to give them victory.

🌱 *CALEB DID NOT ALLOW THE GIANTS TO DEFINE HIS FUTURE*

When the twelve spies returned from Canaan, ten of them brought an evil report because they were overwhelmed by what they saw.

But Caleb and Joshua believed God.

Caleb's faith was not based on the absence of giants.

His faith was based on the presence of God.

The giants were real, but so was God's promise.

The opposition was real, but God's power was greater.

The journey was difficult, but God's word remained unchanged.

Caleb chose to believe God when the majority chose unbelief.

🔥 *FORTY-FIVE YEARS COULD NOT KILL HIS FAITH*

Caleb did not immediately receive what God had promised.

He waited.

He endured.

He watched an entire generation pass away.

Yet he did not abandon his confidence in God.

Forty-five years later, Caleb stood before Joshua and reminded him of what God had promised.

He said:

“The LORD has kept me alive.”

What a testimony!

The promise took years to manifest, but Caleb's faith survived the waiting.

🌿 *GOD PRESERVED CALEB*

Caleb was now eighty-five years old.

Yet he testified:

“I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me.”

The same God who gave Caleb the promise preserved him through the years until the appointed time came.

He did not arrive at his inheritance empty and defeated.

He arrived ready to possess what God had promised.

His years of waiting did not cancel God's purpose for his life.

💭 *DON'T ALLOW WHAT YOU SEE TO CANCEL WHAT GOD SAID*

Sometimes the greatest battle of faith is not the battle against the giants.

It is the battle against what everyone around you is saying.

People may tell you:

“It cannot happen.”

“You are wasting your time.”

“Give up.”

“Be realistic.”

But faith asks a different question:

*“What has God said?”*

Caleb did not deny the existence of giants.

He simply refused to allow the giants to determine what God could do.

Never allow the size of your problem to make you reduce the size of your God.

🌱 *DON'T FOLLOW THE CROWD INTO UNBELIEF*

The majority was wrong.

Ten spies saw the same land and concluded that they could not possess it.

Caleb and Joshua saw the same land and believed that God could give it to them.

This teaches us that majority opinion is not always God's opinion.

Do not follow people into unbelief simply because everyone around you is doubting.

Don't follow the crowd away from God's Word.

Don't allow the unbelief of others to become your own.

*Don't follow me to disbelieve God.*

*Choose faith.*

*Choose obedience.*

Choose to trust God even when you are standing among people who do not believe.

🔥 *WHOSE REPORT WILL YOU BELIEVE?*

Your environment can influence your faith if you allow it.

The people around you can either strengthen your confidence in God or weaken it.

Caleb chose to remain different.

He refused to allow the unbelief around him to become the unbelief within him.

He believed God when it was unpopular.

He trusted God when circumstances looked impossible.

And he lived to see the fulfillment of what God had promised.

🌿 *HE WHO LOSES HIS LIFE FOR CHRIST WILL KEEP IT*

Jesus said:

“He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.” — Matthew 10:39

There is a life that comes from surrendering your own will to God.

When you choose God over your own plans, God's way over your own way, and faith over unbelief, you are entrusting your life to the One who holds eternity.

The world may tell you to preserve yourself at all costs.

But Christ calls you to surrender your life to Him.

A life surrendered to God is never a wasted life.

🌿 *THE GOD WHO KEPT CALEB IS STILL FAITHFUL*

Caleb's story reminds us that God's faithfulness is not limited by time.

Forty-five years did not make God forget His promise.

Age did not cancel God's purpose.

Waiting did not mean abandonment.

God kept Caleb alive until the time came for him to receive his inheritance.

The same God is still faithful.

You may have waited longer than you expected.

You may have faced opposition.

You may be surrounded by people who no longer believe.

But don't let go of God's Word.

*Keep believing.*

*Keep obeying.*

*Keep walking with Him.*

God is not limited by your circumstances, your age, or the length of your waiting season.

🔥 *GOD IS AGELESS*

God does not grow old.

His power does not diminish.

His promises do not expire.

His strength does not become weak with time.

Caleb's preserved strength reminds us that God's purposes are not limited by the natural limitations we see.

Your confidence should not be in your physical strength or human ability.

Your confidence must be in the everlasting God.

The God who sustained Caleb is able to sustain you.

Don't measure what God can do by your age, your strength, or your present circumstances.

Measure it by who He is.

🙏 *PRAYER*

📍Father, give me the faith of Caleb.

📍Help me to believe Your Word even when everyone around me is doubting.

📍Deliver me from allowing circumstances, opposition, or the opinions of people to weaken my confidence in You.

📍Help me to remain faithful during seasons of waiting.

📍Give me grace to trust You even when the promise seems delayed.

📍Preserve me and keep me faithful until I see the fulfillment of everything You have purposed for my life.

📍Teach me to surrender my life completely to You and never exchange Your truth for the unbelief of the crowd.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

📣 *DECLARATION*

🙋I believe God even when others doubt.

🙋I will not allow the giants around me to become bigger than my God.

🙋I will not follow the crowd into unbelief.

🙋I will believe God's Word above the opinions of men.

🙋I will remain faithful during seasons of waiting.

🙋God is able to sustain me until His purpose is fulfilled in my life.

🙋My age, circumstances, and limitations cannot cancel God's purpose.

🙋I choose to surrender my life to Christ.

🙋I will trust the everlasting God.

🙋Like Caleb, I will remain strong in faith until I possess what God has promised.

💭 *REFLECTION*

🤔Am I allowing the unbelief of people around me to affect my faith?

🤔What “giants” am I allowing to look bigger than God?

🤔Can I remain faithful when God's promise takes longer than I expected?

🤔Am I following the crowd or following God's Word?

🤔What area of my life do I need to trust God like Caleb?

🤔Am I willing to surrender my life completely to Christ?

🌿 *REMEMBER*

Caleb saw the giants, but he believed God.

Forty-five years passed, but his faith remained.

The promise was delayed, but it was not cancelled.

Don't allow what you see to make you doubt what God has said.

Believe God. Trust Him. Wait on Him. Follow Him.

🌿 DEVOTIONAL:
*THE CARRIER OF HIS PRESENCE* 🌿

📅 Sunday, 27th September 2026

📖 Text: 1 Corinthians 6:19

> “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?”

🔍 *INSIGHT*

God never intended the Ark of His presence to be permanently kept in a building.

The Ark was designed to be carried on the shoulders of men, moving from place to place.

God's desire has always been bigger than a building.

From the beginning, His plan was to create man in His image and likeness and have His presence expressed through humanity.

God desires men who will carry His presence from one nation to another.

And today, you are the tent God desires to use to carry His presence.

🌱 *THE ARK WAS MADE TO BE CARRIED*

The Ark represented the presence of God among His people.

It was not designed merely to sit in one permanent location while people came to visit it.

It was carried.

It moved with God's people.

It went where God wanted it to go.

This reveals something powerful:

God's presence is not meant to be confined to a location.

The presence of God is meant to move through His people.

🌱 *GOD'S PLAN WAS ALWAYS MAN*

From the beginning, God created man in His own image and likeness.

> “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness...”
— Genesis 1:26

Gd created humanity to represent Him on the earth.

His intention was not simply to have buildings associated with His presence.

He wanted a people who would carry His presence.

The question is no longer only:

“Where is the house of God?”

The greater question is:

“Where are the men and women carrying God?”

🌱 *YOU ARE THE TENT*

God does not dwell in buildings made with human hands.

Paul declared:

> “God... dwelleth not in temples made with hands.”
— Acts 17:24

Under the New Covenant, God has made His dwelling place in His people.

Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

You are not merely someone who visits God's presence.

You are called to carry His presence.

You are the tent.

You are the vessel.

You are the carrier.

🌱 *CARRY HIS PRESENCE EVERYWHERE*

If you understand that you are a carrier of God's presence, you will realize that your Christianity cannot be restricted to a church building.

You carry Him to your home.

You carry Him to your workplace.

You carry Him to your business.

You carry Him to your school.

You carry Him into your community.

You carry Him wherever God sends you.

The world should encounter something of Christ because you are there.

🌱 *DON'T CONFINE GOD TO A BUILDING*

There is nothing wrong with gathering together as the church.

God's people are called to fellowship together.

But don't make the mistake of thinking that God can only be encountered inside a particular building or at a particular location.

God wants to dwell in you.

He wants His presence to go with you.

The church building is a place where believers gather.

But you are the temple He inhabits.

So don't leave God's presence behind when you leave the church.

Carry Him with you.

🔥 *ARE YOU A CARRIER?*

This is the question:

Are you carrying His presence, or do you still believe He only lives in a building?

Can people encounter Christ through your life?

Can your home experience His presence because you are there?

Can your workplace experience His light because you are there?

Can your generation see something different because you carry Him?

God is still looking for vessels through whom His presence can move from place to place and from nation to nation.

*You are the tent.*

*You are the vessel.*

*You are the carrier.*

Don't merely go looking for the presence of God.

Become a carrier of His presence.

🙏 *PRAYER*

📍Father, thank You for choosing to dwell in Your people.

📍Help me to understand that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

📍Make me a vessel that carries Your presence wherever I go.

📍Let Your presence be evident in my home, workplace, business, relationships and daily life.

📍Deliver me from limiting Your presence to buildings and specific locations.

📍Use me to carry Your presence from one place to another and from nation to nation.

📍Let people encounter Christ through my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

🌿 DEVOTIONAL:
*KEEP FOLLOWING JESUS* 🌿

📅 Saturday, 26th September 2026

📖 Text: Mark 8:34; Romans 8:1

> “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
— Mark 8:34

🔍 INSIGHT

Jesus did not call perfect disciples to follow Him.

He called men who were willing to follow Him until their lives were transformed.

The disciples made mistakes.

They misunderstood Him.

They thought wrongly.

They said things they should not have said.

But when Jesus corrected them, they did not stop following.

That is the difference between someone who is following Jesus and someone who is only following Him for what they can receive.

🌱 *JESUS DIDN'T REQUIRE PERFECTION BEFORE CALLING*

The disciples were not perfect when Jesus called them.

Peter was impulsive.

The disciples sometimes argued about who would be greatest.

They misunderstood the things Jesus taught them.

Yet Jesus continued to work on them.

Their mistakes did not disqualify them from being disciples.

Jesus was not looking for finished men. He was looking for willing men.

He called them to follow, and as they followed, He transformed them.

🌱 *PETER WAS CORRECTED BUT DIDN'T STOP FOLLOWING*

At one point, Peter spoke against what Jesus had said concerning His suffering.

Jesus rebuked him strongly:

> “Get thee behind me, Satan...”
— Mark 8:33

That was a serious correction.

But Peter did not walk away.

He didn't say, “Because Jesus corrected me, I will no longer follow Him.”

He remained.

There will be times when Jesus exposes something wrong in you.

There will be times when His Word corrects your thinking.

There will be times when God confronts your attitude, your choices or your direction.

Don't run away because you have been corrected.

Correction is not rejection.

Sometimes correction is evidence that God is still working on you.

🌱 *DON'T FOLLOW ONLY FOR WHAT YOU CAN GET*

Many followed Jesus because of the physical benefits they received.

They loved the miracles.

They loved the bread.

They loved what Jesus could provide.

But when Jesus began to reveal that following Him required more than receiving physical benefits, some turned back.

They discovered that Jesus Himself had to become their treasure.

This is an important question:

If Jesus gives you nothing except Himself, will you still follow Him?

Don't follow Jesus only for what He can put in your hands.

Follow Him because He is worthy.

🌱 *WHEN PEOPLE HAVE CONDEMNED YOU*

Perhaps people have condemned you.

Perhaps they have called you names.

Perhaps your past constantly reminds you of what you have done.

Maybe you have even looked at yourself and concluded:

“I am not worthy to be called.”

But your past does not have the final word over your future in Christ.

The One who called the disciples is still able to transform broken lives.

🌱 *THE BROKEN CAN BE BEAUTIFIED*

What looks broken to men can become beautiful in the hands of God.

Jesus is not intimidated by your brokenness.

He is not looking for someone who has never made a mistake.

He is looking for someone who will place their life in His hands and keep following.

The broken vessel can still be useful when surrendered to the Potter.

Don't allow your brokenness to make you run away from the One who can restore you.

🌱 *WHEN YOU FEEL YOU HAVE NOTHING*

There may be moments when you feel like you have nothing to offer.

Nothing to boast about.

Nothing impressive in your past.

Nothing that makes you feel qualified.

But there is One you can always turn to:

*Jesus.*

If you have nothing else, give Him your life.

Place yourself completely in His hands.

He can take what seems insignificant and use it for His glory.

Your security is not in your perfection. Your security is in Christ.

🌱 *WHEN YOU FALL, KEEP FOLLOWING*

Following Jesus does not mean you will never make an error.

It means you don't allow your errors to make you abandon Him.

When you make a mistake:

*Return.*

When He corrects you:

*Receive it.*

When His Word exposes you:

*Repent.*

When you fall:

*Get up and keep following.*

Don't allow shame to separate you from the One who is transforming you.

🔥 *THERE IS NO CONDEMNATION IN CHRIST*

Scripture says:

> “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus...”
— Romans 8:1

This does not mean we ignore sin or refuse correction.

It means that in Christ, we don't have to live under the hopeless condemnation of our past.

Jesus corrects us because He wants to transform us.

He calls us to repentance because He wants us to walk in freedom.

Don't let condemnation drive you away from Christ. Let His grace draw you closer to Him.

Your secure place is in Jesus.

So throw your life into His hands.

Keep following.

Keep learning.

Keep growing.

Keep obeying.

Keep returning.

Even when you make errors, never stop following Jesus.

🙏 *PRAYER*

📍Father, thank You for calling me even though I am still being transformed.

📍Help me never to allow my mistakes, my past or the opinions of people to make me stop following Jesus.

📍Give me humility to receive Your correction whenever You expose what is wrong in me.

📍Help me to follow You not merely for what You can give me, but because You are my treasure.

📍Take my brokenness and make it beautiful for Your glory.

📍I place my entire life in Your hands. Keep transforming me until my life reflects Christ. In Jesus' name, Amen.

📣 *DECLARATION*

🙋I will keep following Jesus.

🙋My mistakes will not make me abandon Him.

🙋I will receive correction with humility.

🙋My past does not define my future in Christ.

🙋I will not be controlled by the condemnation of people.

🙋I am being transformed as I follow Jesus.

🙋My brokenness is in the hands of the Potter.

🙋Jesus is my treasure.

🙋Even when I fall, I will return and keep following.

🙋There is no condemnation for me in Christ Jesus.

🙋My life is secure in Jesus.

🙋I will follow Him until His life is fully reflected in me.

💭 *REFLECTION*

🤔Are you following Jesus because of who He is, or mainly because of what you hope to receive from Him?

🤔When God corrects you, do you receive the correction or allow it to make you run away?

🤔Have your past mistakes or people's opinions made you feel unworthy of following Jesus?

🤔What would it mean for you today to completely place your life in Jesus' hands?

🌿 DEVOTIONAL:
*ABOVE THE FEAR* 🌿

📅 Friday, 25th September 2026

📖 Text: Hebrews 2:14–15

> “And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bo***ge.”
— Hebrews 2:15

🔍 *INSIGHT*

If you can live above the fear of death, lack, sickness, the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the attractions of this world, you become dangerous to the devil.

One of Satan's greatest tools of enslavement is fear.

When fear controls you, it becomes easier for the enemy to manipulate your decisions, desires and actions.

But when you settle your heart in Christ and discover that Jesus is enough, the enemy loses much of his leverage over you.

🌱 *FEAR IS A TOOL OF ENSLAVEMENT*

Satan knows that fear can keep people in bo***ge.

Fear of death.

Fear of lack.

Fear of sickness.

Fear of rejection.

Fear of losing possessions.

Fear of what tomorrow may bring.

But Scripture tells us that Christ came to deliver those who were held in bo***ge through the fear of death.

When fear no longer controls your decisions, you become difficult to manipulate.

Don't allow fear to become your master.

🌱 *WHEN YOU ARE NOT DESPERATE, YOU ARE FREE*

The enemy becomes dangerous when he discovers that you are desperate for the things he can use to control you.

But what happens when you can say:

“Jesus is enough for me.”

When you are not controlled by the lust of your eyes.

When you are not controlled by the lust of your flesh.

When you are not desperate for worldly possessions.

When you are not terrified by the possibility of losing what you have.

When even the possibility of death cannot separate you from your devotion to Christ.

Then Satan has lost a significant point of control.

🌱 *LEARN TO LIVE WITH OR WITHOUT*

Paul learned this secret.

> “I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound... every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.”
— Philippians 4:12

Paul had learned how to live with or without.

He could abound without becoming proud.

He could suffer need without abandoning God.

He could have much without making possessions his god.

He could have little without becoming bitter or desperate.

His contentment was in Christ.

This is a powerful place to reach spiritually.

When lack comes, you still have Jesus.

When abundance comes, you still have Jesus.

When doors open, you have Jesus.

When doors close, you still have Jesus.

Your joy is not controlled by your circumstances.

🌱 *DON'T LET LACK CONTROL YOU*

If Satan discovers that lack can make you desperate, he can repeatedly use that fear against you.

But when you learn to remain joyful in the Lord even in seasons of lack, you deny him that weapon.

This does not mean you should desire poverty or refuse legitimate provision.

It means your peace and obedience to God are not for sale.

You can trust God while taking wise and responsible steps.

Your circumstances may change, but your confidence in Christ remains.

🌱 *JESUS COULD NOT BE CONTROLLED*

Satan came to Jesus with temptations touching areas of human vulnerability—physical appetite, possessions and worldly power.

But Jesus could not be controlled by any of them.

He refused to make His appetite His master.

He refused to test God for His own security.

He refused to exchange worship for worldly kingdoms.

His overriding concern was:

To please His Father.

Satan found nothing in those temptations that could make Jesus abandon the Father's will.

And the devil left Him.

Jesus demonstrated what it looks like when a person is completely settled in God.

🌱 *SETTLE YOUR HEART IN CHRIST*

You don't know everything tomorrow will bring.

There may be seasons of abundance.

There may be seasons of need.

There may be sickness.

There may be uncertainty.

There may be difficult decisions.

But you can settle your heart now:

“Whatever happens, I belong to Jesus.”

Don't wait until the storm arrives before deciding where your confidence lies.

Settle it now.

If you have Jesus, you have a foundation that circumstances cannot destroy.

🔥 *KEEP YOUR EYES ON JESUS*

Don't let Satan get hold of you through fear.

Don't allow desperation to drive your decisions.

Don't allow worldly desires to become your master.

Fix your eyes on Jesus.

He is with you in abundance.

He is with you in lack.

He is with you in uncertainty.

He is with you in suffering.

And when you keep your eyes fixed on Him, you can trust Him to lead you through every situation.

You may not know exactly how He will make a way.

But you can know who will be with you while you walk through it.

Jesus is with you.

🙏 *PRAYER*

📍Father, deliver me from every fear that seeks to put me in bo***ge.

📍Teach me to live above the fear of death, lack, sickness and the desires of this world.

📍Help me to be content in every season, whether I have much or little.

📍Let nothing become so important to me that I will compromise my devotion to You to obtain it.

📍Give me the grace to keep my eyes fixed on Jesus regardless of my circumstances.

📍May my confidence in Christ make me free from the enemy's manipulation.

📍Let my greatest desire always be to please You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

📣 *DECLARATION*

🙋I will not be ruled by fear.

🙋I belong completely to Jesus Christ.

🙋I am not a slave to the fear of death.

🙋I will not be controlled by lack.

🙋I will not be mastered by the lust of the eyes or the lust of the flesh.

🙋I can live with much and I can live with little.

🙋My contentment is in Christ.

🙋My circumstances will not determine my joy.

🙋I will not make desperate decisions because of fear.

🙋Jesus is enough for me.

🙋I keep my eyes fixed on Jesus.

🙋The devil will not have control over my heart.

🙋Whatever season I enter, I will remain confident in Christ.

🤔Can you genuinely say, like Paul, that you have learned to live with much or with little while remaining content in Christ?
