The first step to making great change is changing your perspective in life. Our primary focus in F.R.I.T.R.O is to refine the arts in the Nigerian Child. Several vices affect the mind set of children/youth, positively and negatively, our goal is to guide their minds positively in the right direction, using the arts as a solid platform. This initiative is aimed at redefining the angle of the arts t
he Nigerian child. Due to the vast influence of western media, most Nigerian children are oblivious to the culture in Nigeria. The Nigerian culture is very colorful and rich, ranging from our dress sense, food variety to our wide range of traditional dances. In Nigeria, we have over 1,000 traditional dances from several geo-political zones. The F.R.I.T.R.O PROJECT has tailored a 3 day Dance Workshop for Children/Teens
with our key focus on different traditional dances from the North, East, West and south in Nigeria. We have selected a team of dance experts, and have also tailored a dance routine that projects unity and 5 different cultural dances for the conclusion of this project, in a bid to promote teamwork and unison in the minds of children and
the youth.
