PRESS RELEASE

Tongshang's Aid Foundation (TAF) visits the Plateau State Coordinator of the SDGs, Seeks Partnership and Support on the 4th of February, 2025.

Tongshang's Aid Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable populations, particularly children and especially the orphans, today visited the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) State Coordinator in her office in Jos, Plteau State,Nigeria.

The visit, led by the Foundation's Executive Director, Mrs Tongshang Paul Danas, aimed to seek partnership and support from the SDGs office in advancing the organization's humanitarian initiatives.

During the meeting, the Team presented its programs and projects aligned with the SDGs, particularly Goals 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10. The team emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to address the pressing challenges facing vulnerable populations in Nigeria.

The SDGs State Coordinator, Mrs. Nanbam E. Danjuma (Lot) welcomed the initiative and acknowledged the critical role of non-governmental organizations like TAF in achieving the SDGs. The Coordinator also assured the team of the SDGs office's support and commitment to working together to advance the sustainable development agenda in Nigeria.

This partnership will mark a significant milestone for TAF, as it seeks to amplify its impact and contribute meaningfully to the achievement of the SDGs in Nigeria.
