Life is filled with seasons of joy and seasons of trials,there are moments when challenges seem overwhelming, prayers appear unanswered, and hope feels distant.

Yet, it is in these difficult times that God calls us to hold firmly to Him.

The Bible reminds us in Isaiah 41:10
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God I will strengthen thee yea, I will help thee.”

Trouble does not mean God has abandoned us, In fact, some of God’s greatest servants experienced trials.

Joseph was betrayed by his brothers, David faced persecution, and Job endured immense suffering. Yet, through every storm, God remained faithful and brought them through stronger than before.

Holding on to God means trusting Him even when we do not understand what He is doing.

It means choosing faith over fear, prayer over panic, and hope over despair, God’s timing may not always align with our expectations, but His plans are always for our good and His glory.

When trouble comes stay rooted in God’s Word.Maintain a life of prayer.
Surround yourself with people of faith.Remember God’s past faithfulness.Refuse to give up on His promises.

Psalm 46:1 declares”God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

No storm lasts forever,the same God who carried you yesterday will sustain you today and lead you into a brighter tomorrow.

Hold on to Him,His hands are strong enough to support you, His love is deep enough to comfort you, and His grace is sufficient to see you through every challenge.

No matter what you are facing today, keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing.

God is still in control, and He will never let go of those who hold on to Him.

Am rooting for you keep your faith in Jesus.

There are moments in life when challenges seem overwhelming, prayers appear unanswered, and the road ahead feels uncertain.

In such times, it is easy to believe that no one understands what we are going through.

But God’s Word reminds us of a powerful truth you are not alone.

Throughout the Bible, God reassured His people of His constant presence. When Joshua faced the daunting task of leading Israel, God said “Be strong and courageous for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9.

When Elijah felt discouraged and believed he was the only one left serving God, the Lord reminded him that he was not alone (1 Kings 19:18).

Even in his lowest moment, God was present and working behind the scenes.

Jesus also gave us this promise
“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:20

No matter what season you are in whether it is grief, disappointment, financial difficulty, health challenges, or uncertainty about the future God is with you.

He sees our tears, hears our prayers, and walks beside us every step of the way.

Take courage today, Reach out to God in prayer, stay connected to fellow believers, and trust His unfailing love.

The battle may be difficult, but you do not have to face it alone.

Remember the presence of God is greater than the problem before you.

You are loved.
You are valued.
And above all, you are not alone.
Call God today.

Still walking in the mission and obedience to the call.

At First Born Connect, we are building a community where firstborns can encourage one another, grow in faith, develop leadership skills, and fulfill their God-given purpose.

The Bible reminds us
Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity.
1 Timothy 4:12

“To whom much is given, much will be required.” Luke 12:48

As firstborns, we are called not only to lead but also to serve with humility, wisdom, and love.

Together, we can inspire stronger families, healthier communities, and a brighter future for the next generation.

The March edition of First Born Connect marks the 8th month of this impactful and growing program, dedicated to nurturing and empowering each other as we pray and thrive together.

Eight months strong as we continue to build lives, inspire growth, and strengthen first borns in our community.

This February marks six months of this beautiful journey of connecting with our community of first born.

Using this sacred time to wait, pray and celebrate our unique position in our families .

This has helped us understand our leadership identity, addressing the pressure and emotional burden often placed on firstborns.

At the centre of this,has been God who place the call on us to gather and share our thoughts and experiences.

Giving Him all the glory for grafting us into His will.

Pressure is a privilege and first-borns often feel it first.

Responsibility becomes a calling.
Pressure becomes preparation.

And through it, God shapes strength, patience, and leadership.

What feels heavy is often holy.
It’s not punishment its purpose.

Sometimes ago the Lord impressed on my heart to start a fellowship with first borns in my community .

This was started four months ago we keep growing stronger together every time we meet .

First Born Connect is a unique platform designed to support, encourage, and equip firstborns as they navigate the responsibilities of leadership, influence,family expectations and strengthening leaders from the frontline of their families.

Recognizing that firstborns often carry invisible weight serving as examples, defenders, decision-makers, and bridges within their families.

First Born Connect creates a safe community where we can grow, heal, and thrive.

This initiative celebrates the strength, resilience, and sacrificial spirit that firstborns embody, while also addressing the challenges that come with being the first line of responsibility.

Through conversations, mentorship, shared experiences, and capacity building sessions, prayers we can be accountable to each other, gain clarity through the word of God , emotional balance, and practical tools to lead well.
