I spent hours today thinking about how best to share this…

Earlier this week, at my branch office in Atiku Junction, Rayfield, Jos, a man walked in with a question that got me thinking.

After exchanging pleasantries and talking about our services, he said:

"I’m really interested in learning tech. What’s the best course to start with? I also want my two sons to learn."

That question hit differently. I’ve met so many people who want to break into tech but feel overwhelmed by the options. Truth is—learning tech skills is good… but knowing how to make VALUE out of what you learn? That’s the real flex.

So, here’s my simple formula for anyone starting out:

✅ Target Environment + Skills = Value

It’s not just about learning the hottest tech trend—it’s about learning what works where you are.

For someone in Nigeria, I always recommend starting with Web Development and Maintenance. Why? Because most businesses here are still figuring out how to build their digital presence. This is where the opportunity lies.
