A throwback to one of our major projects in Adamawa State where we renovated and refurbished dilapidated classrooms at Jambutu Primary School.
This project taught my team and I lessons that I don’t think we will forget even if we wanted to.😅.
At the end of the day, all that matters is that our kids can receive lessons in a safe and conducive environment.💙

Not everything we assume about education is true.
In many communities, being in school doesn’t guarantee that a child is learning, and after-school support isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
At Gem’inate Kids Foundation, we provide structured after-school lessons to help children strengthen foundational skills and stay on track academically.

Every child is a blooming flower, nourished by love and care.

As I’ve reflected on the current state of child development, I’ve noticed a concerning trend.👇🏾

While it’s commendable that attention is being given to the girl child, I am concerned that the boy child is being overlooked. The majority of initiatives, seminars, workshops, and trainings seem to focus on girls, leaving boys without adequate guidance, mentorship, and support.

It’s essential to recognize that every child, regardless of gender, deserves love, care, and protection. The best interest of the child should be our top priority, not their gender.

By focusing on the unique needs of all children, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for them to grow and thrive.🤗
