Let’s take a moment to remember that men have feelings too.
‎They cry in silence, battle stress behind smiles, carry burdens they never speak of, and fight invisible wars daily.
‎Men face silent struggles, financial hardships, pressure to provide, job loss, broken relationships, marriages, depression and addiction but too often, they’re told “a real man doesn’t cry.
‎To every man going through something, you are not alone.
‎It’s okay to talk. It’s okay to feel. It’s okay to seek support.
‎This month, and always, let’s break the silence, end the stigma, and support the mental well-being of our brothers, fathers, husbands, sons, and friends.
‎
‎Your mind matters. Your life matters. Health is wealth.
