Let us pray for the soldier man,
Fighting bravely for our land,
May God protect his every step,
And hold him with His mighty hand.

Many have fallen, many still stand,
Heroes whose names we may never know,
Yet they serve with honor and courage,
Wherever duty calls them to go.

The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers

06/06/2026

Our diversity is our strength, and our unity is our greatest asset. Plateau State has been blessed with many ethnic nationalities, cultures, and traditions, yet we all share one common home and one common destiny.

This is a time for us to stand together, rise above our differences, and build stronger bonds of peace, understanding, and cooperation. Let us reject division, hatred, and prejudice, and embrace love, respect, and mutual support.

The future of Plateau State depends on our collective commitment to peace and development. When we work together as one people, we create opportunities for our youth, prosperity for our communities, and hope for generations yet unborn.

Let us remember that no tribe can develop alone, and no community can prosper in isolation. Together, we are stronger. Together, we can build a Plateau State that remains a shining example of peace, unity, and progress.

May God bless all the ethnic nationalities of Plateau State, strengthen our unity, and guide us toward a brighter future.

One Plateau, One People, One Destiny.
