Today we went back to Simji Girls.

BG 3.13: _“The devotees of the Lord are released from all kinds of sins because they eat food which is offered first for sacrifice.”_

Food for Life has always been more than just sharing meals.
Today it was about spreading love, kindness, compassion, and care to every smiling face we met.

Seeing the joy, gratitude, and togetherness reminded us again: even the smallest act of seva can make a lasting impact.

Last week we visited again and it was about spreading love, kindness, compassion, and care to every smiling face we encountered.

What if one warm meal could remind someone that they're not forgotten?💚

Yesterday, the Food for Life Project, Jos reached the heart of Central Mosque, Jos South, Jos — serving not just food but dignity, hope and compassion.

In a world that often moves too fast to notice, we chose to pause... to give... to connect.

Every plate shared was a message: you matter, your story matters and you are not alone.

This is more than an outreach.
It's a movement of love in action— one meal, one smile, one life at a time.

Not every impact is loud, some of it looks like shared meals, quiet laughter and moments that stay long after you leave💞

Last weekend, We reached the girls at Simji Gird Child Empowerment Orphanage with more than just food... We shared presence, care and dignity.

We had a great time with the girls and it was nothing short of amazing🎉

As we marked the auspicious occasion of Nityananda Trayodasi, Food for Life, ISKCON Jos carried out a compassionate outreach at Simji Girl Child Empowerment Orphanage, sharing wholesome meals with the children.

Hunger knows no religion or faith.

At Jos Central Mosque (Machalachi Jummat), Jos North, we carried out another Food for Life outreach, sharing meals with members of the community who needed it most.

This outreach was intentional.

In a place known for prayer, reflection, and unity, food became a bridge—reminding us that care is a shared responsibility.

We didn’t just hand out meals; we showed up with respect, humility, and a commitment to human dignity.

Food is more than nourishment. For many, it is relief. For some, it is reassurance. For all, it is a reminder that they are seen and valued.

Food for Life exists to respond to hunger wherever it appears—across communities, beliefs, and boundaries.

We spent time at Simji Girl Child Empowerment Orphanage as part of our Food for Life outreach😇

We shared a meal, sat with the girls, listened, laughed, and created space for warmth and connection🎊

Beyond the food, we shared moments of prayer and encouragement because nourishment is not only physical, it is emotional and spiritual too.

This outreach is a reminder that food is care, presence is love, and community is responsibility.

These girls are not defined by their circumstances, but by their strength, potential, and the futures they are growing into.

Food for Life exists to ensure that no child is forgotten not just by giving meals, but by showing up consistently, with respect and compassion.
