We are here at the London Book Fair! The Africa Stand has landed. We have been talking and making all sorts of exciting contacts over the last few days. We can’t wait to share more with you about our experience and our books over the coming weeks!

With the announcement of the new publishing arm and 'The Africa Stand' being set up as we speak for the London Book Fair, we decided to treat ourselves to some new merchandise.

Here is one of our IVPs, modelling the new 'Africa Stand' jumper in a nice dark blue colour. These jumpers and t-shirts will be worn by all staff at the fair, so if you are coming, you won't miss us!

These and some other cool designs will be available on our website soon. We hope to see you at the Fair!

We’re thrilled to share two beautiful moments from our latest shipments across Africa with Books2Africa.
👩 In the first photo, this lovely reader is beaming with ‘Prayers That Avail Much Volume Three’ by Germaine Copeland – a powerful handbook of scriptural prayers that brings faith, strength, and encouragement to daily life.

👨 In the second photo, this gentleman proudly holds ‘New Designs in Honiton Lace’ by Pat Perryman and Cynthia Voysey – packed with over 40 original patterns for the beautiful art of traditional Honiton lace-making. Perfect for creativity, skill-building, and preserving heritage crafts!
From spiritual growth to hands-on crafts, every donated book finds the right hands and opens new possibilities. This is the magic of readcycling in action!

A massive THANK YOU to every donor who helped make these smiles possible. Together we’ve already readcycled over 4 million books while keeping them out of landfill and transforming education across Africa. ??

From global history to personal growth, every book we ship carries the potential to change a life. 🌍📚

We are thrilled to see these new resources in the hands of readers! Whether it’s studying the complexities of "The English Civil War" or finding resilience through the pages of "The Vale of Tears: Experiencing Growth Through Loss," these books provide the specialized knowledge and emotional support that libraries and students need to thrive.

Our mission is to ensure that quality information is accessible to everyone, regardless of their location. Thank you for being part of this journey!

Behind every book is a story, and behind every reader is a future waiting to be written.

We are so excited to see these latest arrivals in the hands of our community! From the deep cultural history of the Amazon in Upriver to the sweeping global timeline of From Ur to Us, these books are more than just paper they are windows to the world.

A huge thank you to our donors and partners for making these smiles possible. Your "old" books are someone else's new beginning.

Every book has a journey. Every reader has a story. 📖✨

From our processing centre to the hands of readers in Africa, these stories are finding their new homes. Whether it’s the sweeping historical mystery of Barbara Erskine’s "River of Destiny" or the acclaimed contemporary fiction of Ann Patchett’s "The Dutch House," these books do more than fill shelves—they spark imaginations.

Through donations, we are bridging the literacy gap one page at a time. 🌍📚
