In 2025, Christian Initiative for Transforming Youth (CITY) remained committed to one simple truth: EVERY LIFE MATTERS.
Teenage pregnancy continues to place many young girls in positions of fear, stigma, and uncertainty. At CITY, we chose compassion over judgment and action over silence—walking alongside teen girls to preserve life and restore dignity.

OUR 2025 at a Glance:
• Teen girls supported: 27
• Safe births recorded: 15
• Diapers distributed: 180
• Delivery kits provided: 12
• Teen Moms supported with food: 54

While these may look like they are just numbers, behind each number is a young girl who found support instead of shame, hope instead of fear, and care instead of abandonment.
We do more than provide aid—we remind these girls that their lives matter, their babies are precious, and their future is not lost. Through faith, guidance, and practical support, we continue to stand for life and for restoration.

Huge THANK YOU to our volunteers, partners, donors, and everyone who prayed, gave, and stood with us in 2025. Your support made these stories possible.

That’s why we’re covering the cost of FREE antenatal care sessions for single mothers at a trusted clinic near you. From regular checkups to vital health education, we’re ensuring moms get the support they need for a safe and healthy delivery.

Because when we care for moms, we protect generations. Every Life Matters. Every Mother Deserves Care.

Today, we celebrate a precious miracle — a beautiful baby boy born to a brave young mother we’ve had the honor of walking with. Despite the challenges, she chose life, and on the 7th of April 2025, love has triumphed!

This is more than a birth — it’s a testimony of hope, courage, and the power of support.

Happy New Year 🎉

What a way to get into the year!
We can't still believe that as at 31st December 2024 (a few hours ago), this supply shelf and clothing racks were totally EMPTY!
Now January 1st 2025, we are FULL and ready to go about God's business of saving the lives of babies from abortions and offering hope, love and support to girls facing unplanned pregnancies.

Our 2024 in Numbers
1. Supported 48 Single Moms with diapers, food items and clothing! Also shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ with each of the 48 moms!
2. Supported 9 pregnant teen girls choose life! Each of these 9 girls came to our centre contemplating abortion but, to God's glory, they were all spared the pain of grieving the loss of their child to an abortion!
3. Supported the 9 pregnant girls with antenatal care registration fees and delivery kits!
4. Nine babies received with 1 Death. Meaning Eight babies celebrated their first Christmas ever with their families this year!
5. Conducted 3 Community trainings for school teachers, Church leaders and Community Youth leaders on sexual purity!

Thanks to all our partners for your generosity! Because of your gift of diapers, clothing and financial giving, we were able to make a huge impact this year 2024 and that’s worth celebrating! God bless you and remember you in 2025 and beyond! AMEN! Looking forward to saving more babies in 2025!
