What shall we say unto the Lord? All we have to say is thank you Lord! 🙏🏾

In every breath, a reason sings,
In little joys and hidden things.
For grace that guards both night and day,
For love that lights the narrow way.
My heart bows low, my hands are raised—
Lord, take my thanks, receive my praise ✨✨🙏🏾

During this year’s Youth Week of Prayer 2025, we explored the theme: “Enduring Search (A Matter of the Heart).” Our guest speaker, Prof. Laraba Rikko, shared God’s Word with us from Jeremiah 29:13 and Deuteronomy 4:28.

Some of the key lessons we learned include:
• Everybody, every day, goes out searching for something—whether food, money, education, or other needs.
• A search must be definite, or else you may miss what you are looking for without realizing it.
• The journey of seeking the Lord begins from the heart.
• “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, and the honor of kings is to search it out” (Proverbs 25:2).
• “Deep calls to deep” (Psalms 42:7).
• To truly know God, you must seek Him for yourself.
• If you do not define your hunger and need for God, you may carry a strange hunger that can never be satisfied.
• Collapse time to seek God through prayer and the study of His Word. Stay with God, and He will come to you.

It was indeed a beautiful, impactful, and transformative experience in God’s presence for the youths.
