We didn’t just visit schools across Jebba,
we carried hope in our hands and love in our hearts.

Through the Jebba Progressive Initiatives (JPI), we reached out to public primary schools in Jebba, where classrooms were filled with smiles, laughter, and renewed enthusiasm for learning. Each visit reminded us that education is not just about books, it’s about inspiring dreams and nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the DWAC Foundation for their generous support through the donation of 200 exercise books, pencils, pens, erasers, and sharpeners. This thoughtful contribution has not only provided learning materials but has also rekindled hope among pupils who strive daily to learn despite the odds.

Together, we are showing what it truly means to show up for the future, one child, one classroom, and one act of kindness at a time.

Hon. Nura Muhammad Supports 50 Less Privileged Pupils in Public Primary Schools

As schools resume for another term, the Jebba Progressive Initiative (JPI) is thrilled to announce that Hon. Nura Muhammad, the Moro local government council secretary has paid the PTA levy for 50 less privileged pupils across public primary schools in Jebba. Additionally, these pupils receive writing materials to support their educational needs.

This initiative is part of Hon. Nura Muhammad's commitment to giving back to his community by empowering vulnerable students through Jebba Progressive Initiative (JPI)

This effort demonstrates Hon. Nura Muhammad's dedication to promoting education and community development, we pray to God to continue strengthening him and enrich his coast.

Empowering the Future Through Education: JPI’s Choice of Career Guide

Over the past few years, Jebba Progressive Initiatives - JPI has remained steadfast in its commitment to advancing educational development in Jebba. Through collaborative efforts, strategic partnerships, and impactful outreach, we have worked tirelessly to improve access to quality education, nurture young talents, and uplift academic standards within our community.

Our dedication is grounded in the firm belief that education is the cornerstone of sustainable development. By equipping individuals with knowledge and essential life skills, we open doors to growth, innovation, and societal transformation.

As part of our drive to support and guide the next generation, JPI recently organized a landmark program titled “Choice of Career Guide.” This initiative targeted Grade 9 students across the four government-owned secondary schools in Jebba—Government Arabic College, Government Secondary School, Ansaru-l-Islam Secondary School, and UMCA Comprehensive High School. The program aimed to educate students on the importance of informed career choices and how these decisions impact their personal growth, development, and future fulfillment.

Looking ahead, JPI remains deeply committed to the cause of human capital development. Our vision is to ensure that no willing learner is left behind. We will continue to invest in the intellectual, moral, and professional growth of our youth, knowing that this is the surest path to building a prosperous and self-reliant society.

Reminiscing on the history made; the success of the Jebba Progressive Initiatives - JPI Inter School Spelling Bee Competition

Exactly one month ago, on the 15th of May, 2025, the Jebba Progressive Initiative (JPI) proudly hosted a highly successful Inter-School Spelling Bee Competition in Jebba, Kwara State. The event was organized in honour of Engr. (Dr.) Prince Suleiman Ajibola Adebara, a distinguished son of Jebba, in recognition of his remarkable contributions to education, youth empowerment, and community development.

The competition, which brought together pupils from various primary schools across the city, was a remarkable display of academic excellence, intellectual capacity, and healthy competition. The atmosphere was electric, with pupils, teachers, parents, and community leaders gathered to witness an event that truly celebrated the power of knowledge and learning.

The Spelling Bee competition underscored the critical role of co-curricular activities in fostering educational development.

The Inter-School Spelling Bee stands as a testament to what can be achieved through purposeful collaboration and visionary leadership. By honouring Engr.
