ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE RENOVATION OF THE UNION SECRETARIAT
Upon my emergence as the Global President of the Federation of Iwoland Students’ Union National Headquarters (FILSU NHQs ’26),I assumed office with a deep sense of responsibility, renewed vision, and an unwavering commitment to advancing the welfare of our students and the progress of Iwoland. However, I was met with a deeply distressing reality, the current condition of our union secretariat, which demands urgent and collective intervention.
The secretariat, which should serve as a symbol of unity, coordination, and leadership, is presently in a deplorable state. The damaged roofing, weakened wooden structures, and visible deterioration not only pose serious safety concerns but also diminish the dignity and image of our noble union. This building is more than just a physical structure; it represents the pride, identity, and collective aspirations of every Iwoland student.
The renovation of this secretariat is therefore not merely a necessity but an urgent call to action. It is a project that reflects our shared commitment to rebuilding, strengthening, and preserving a legacy that will benefit both present and future generations. A functional and well-structured secretariat will enhance administrative efficiency, promote unity, and provide a conducive environment for impactful student engagement.
In this regard, we humbly and respectfully call on all esteemed dignitaries of Iwoland, distinguished political office holders, revered royal fathers, and well-meaning sons and daughters of our land to support this noble cause. Your contributions, whether financial, material, or technical,will play a crucial role in restoring this structure to a befitting standard worthy of our heritage.
