*The History of Isuofia At The Verge of Changing for Bad.*
The supposed justice to be given to our beloved heinously murdered illustrious sons by Isuofia as a community has been technically and strategically defeated.
The justice (prayers and libations) within our capacity as a community to our brothers to curse whoever that has a hand in their inhuman killing was fixed by IPA, a letter from the palace boycotted it. After weeks, today, a letter from the Palace came to assemble statutory institution heads in Isuofia for a discussion, a letter from IPA boycotted it. This outcome has defeated the justice, justice delayed is justice denied.
Critically analysing, this is a technically and strategically plotted defeat of justice. Does the Palace expect IPA to honour their letter for a discussion when they earlier through a letter boycotted a prayer and libation session fixed by Isuofians? The palace knew already that IPA wouldn't honour their later too. And it happened! It's over for the justice we owe our brothers as a community.
It's a pity! Hon. Okechukwu Okoye and Cyril Ulaevuchukwu Chiegboka, dibenu!!!, ndonu!!!. God is still God.
Karma is like a rubber band, you can only stretch it so far before it comes back and smacks you in the face- we have stretched the supposed justice to our murdered brothers so far as a community, Karma will seek the justice from us accordingly.
Oh my Isuofia, a town I have been proud of anywhere I am. A town known for fortunes. A town being admired by other towns, though small but with mighty success histories. A town where healthy and thoughtful competitions have domiciled.
Why are we sitting and watching this great history fade away for deceit, abject hatred and justice concealment?
Isuofia had a crisis but much lovingly coexisted in the diversity. We had love for one another but disagreed just in some beliefs or traditional methods of doing things for years.
Peace was restored in Isuofia and we agreed. We united! The first political fruit of our unity was supporting Hon. Okechukwu Okoye (Okey Di Okay) massively to get the share of Isuofia in Aguata II Constituency politics under APGA. The Aguata II Constituency seat is being rotated among the (8) towns in Aguata II Constituency.
The testimonies of Okey Di Okay's excellent unique representation are loud and clear. Okey Di Okay throughout his service tried upholding the unity and peace of Isuofia that brought him to office. He never did any work by any village preference but Isuofia first. The science block he did in Community Secondary School Isuofia was for all our children. The admission, jobs and appointment he facilitated for our youths were across Isuofia. The two transformers he donated was to Isuofia in general. His Christmas palliatives were shared across Isuofia. Isuofia youths did the contracts via the constituency projects he did. He promoted the unity and peace of Isuofia in all to his best abilities.
To crown it, in his time, the luck of Onye Isuofia becoming the governor shined. A man who first won an elective post under APGA platform and opened the door for another Isuofia son to win the highest political position in Anambra State under APGA platform too.
He bided for a second term in the House. He believed it would be very easy for him because, 1. He performed very well(this alone was enough) and 2. Onye nwannne ya no n'eluigwe anaghi eje oku muo.
But, ife adighi ka echere. He was abducted and heartlessly beheaded alongside our brother (His campaign DG and Councillor of Isuofia), Ulaevuchukwu Cyril Chiegboka.
My cry now is that the justice within our capacity as a community that we can give to them has been denied.
They seek our libations and prayers in one accord as a community invoking the anger of God and the spirits of our forefathers to mete disaster on the perpetrators of this inhuman act, we denied them that.
Okey Di Okay and Cyril Ulaevuchukwu Chiegboka have many prominent Isuofians in government who can take it up seriously and ensure justice on their death but they care less, why?. All the concerns raised by Umu Isuofia were swept under the carpet.
It pains to the dept of my heart that these are a sitting House of Assembly member and a councillor of Isuofia
What wrong did Okey Di Okay and Cyril Ulaevuchukwu Chiegboka do to deserve this treatment from us? Even at death?
As justice is denied, let the law of Karma take the ride. Nothing in this world is done without a price.
