Every girl deserves dignity. Every girl deserves a chance.
At Omo-Meji Ashabi Foundation, we don’t just share pads, we protect futures!

On the 12th of November, 2025, we stepped into the school with one mission:
to pad hearts, restore confidence, and empower young girls with the knowledge they need to manage their menstrual health with pride, not shame.

We taught them.
We listened to them.
We stood with them.
Because when a girl feels safe and supported, she stays in school, she dreams boldly, and she becomes truly unstoppable.

And to everyone who has walked this journey with us, through encouragement, kindness, or contributions you’ve helped us touch lives in ways that cannot be measured. Your support fuels our passion and makes it possible for us to reach even more daughters, sisters, and future leaders.

This is what serving humanity looks like.
One girl at a time. One smile at a time. One restored dignity at a time. 💜🌹

Through this initiative, we’ll educate, empower, and support girls with both reusable and disposable sanitary pads ensuring that no girl misses school or feels less because of her period.
But we can’t do it alone.

We’re calling on kind hearts, brands, and partners who believe in impact! your support can help us reach more girls and create lasting change.

On November 4th, 2025, representatives of the Omo-Meji Ashabi Foundation paid an advocacy visit to Amoyo Junior Secondary School as part of preparations for the Foundation’s upcoming Adolescent Health and Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program.

During the visit, the team engaged the school’s leadership on the importance of addressing stigmatization, myths, and misconceptions surrounding menstruation among students. The discussion also highlighted the need to involve boys in creating a supportive environment for their female peers during this period.

As part of the Foundation’s humanitarian commitment, the program will feature the distribution of reusable sanitary pads and educational materials aimed at promoting menstrual hygiene, confidence, and gender inclusion among adolescents

The Omo-Meji Ashabi Foundation remains dedicated to uplifting lives through health interventions, empowerment initiatives, and acts of compassion that foster equity and dignity within communities.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL CHILD
Theme:
Invest in Girls Rights! Our Leadership, Our Well-being.

Every year, the International Day of the Girl Child reminds us of the power, strength, and potential that lies within every girl. It’s a call to not only celebrate girls but to create a world where they can thrive, lead, and dream without limits.

At Omomeji ASHABI Foundation, we believe every girl deserves access to education, dignity, safety, and equal opportunities. Through our community outreaches, menstrual health campaigns, and mentorship programs, we’ve continued to empower girls to find their voice, embrace their worth, and rise above societal limitations.

Today, we reaffirm our commitment to building a society where no girl is left behind!where she can dream freely, grow confidently, and live purposefully.

To every girl out there
You are strong.
You are enough.
You are the future.

Happy International Day of the Girl Child!
