GRANDPLUS COLLEGE CADET UNIT CAMPING AND RECRUITMENT EXERCISE

The Coordinator-in-Chief, ASM II Y. A. Adebayo, was present at Man O’ War Nigeria, Grandplus College Cadet Unit base for their camping and recruitment exercise on 16th through 17th of October.

The exercise featured the Coordinator-in-Chief delivering a series of lectures to the intending members and members of the unit, alongside him were fellow Coordinators-in-Chief of the National Union of Man O’ War Cadets in Higher Institutions in Nigeria, Kwara State Chapter.

The program was an eventful one, the camping was thoroughly enlightening, and the recruitment was carried out in line with the standard of Man O’ War Nigeria.

STAFFADVISER REUNION

On the 6th of October, principal officers of the unit met with one of our staff advisers at the University of Ilorin auditorium, during the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, 7th Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony.

Dr. (Mrs.) Jamila Abdulhameed Atata, our Staffadviser exchanged greetings with the Coordinator-in-Chief, ASM II YA Adebayo who then returned the complements and introduced the officers present to her in persons of the Deputy Coordinator in Chief, Chief Inspector Kujeiro Elijah, the Chief of Training and Operations, Inspector Adejumo Abdulsobur, and the Director of General Protocols, Inspector Obafemi Adewumi, she also introduced herself to us again, the Coordinator-in-Chief further promised her a proper visit to strengthen the relationship with the Unit.

COURTESY VISIT TO STAFF ADVISER

The Coordinator in Chief, ASM II YA Adebayo, together with other principal officers, the Deputy Coordinator in Chief, Chief Inspector Kujeiro Elijah, the Chief of Training and Operations, Inspector Adejumo Abdulsobur, and the Director of General Protocols, Inspector Obafemi Adewumi, paid a visit to one of the Unit's Staff Advisers, Mr. Haruna Suberu, at the University Security Division.

The meeting started with warm greetings as the Coordinator in Chief greeted the Staff Adviser and asked about his welfare, in response, Mr. Haruna acknowledged our greetings and returned them, he appreciated the visit and encouraged the team to continue upholding discipline and maintaining law and order on campus. He also reminded everyone to always keep the Division updated on all matters that needs its attention to further strengthen the coexisting relationship and to ensure swift security actions.
