A HOME WITHOUT PEACE IS NOT A HOME
A house can have fine tiles, a big bed, expensive curtains and still feel like a prison.
Abusive marriages don’t just hurt your body. They break your mind, they drain your spirit, they silence your voice, they crush your confidence.
Some women are dying slowly, smiling outside, but crying inside.
You must understand that your life is more important than culture. Your safety is more important than shame. Your peace is more important than reputation. Your sanity is more important than society.
Marriage is not supposed to destroy you.
It’s supposed to nurture you. You are not called to endure emotional torture. You are not created to absorb anger, insults, fear, and control. You deserve love that brings peace, not pain.
If the home is killing your joy, if the marriage is draining your soul, if you feel unsafe, my sister, please choose life over public opinion.
Walk away if you need to.
Save yourself if you must.
Your children need a mother who is alive, healthy, and sane, not a woman dying slowly in silence.
You are worth more.
Your peace matters.
Your safety matters.
Your future matters.
Leaving is not failure.
Staying in danger is.
