NAKSS CAC REGISTRATION AUTHENTIC WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER ( IT - 167297)
- Critics in Agony over their loss of grip on the grand plot to keep dividing NAKSS
- NAKSS Registered with the CAC as an Incorporated Trustee (IT) not a Company (RC) as Purported by Comr. Muftau Mubarak Sh*ttu (Atunlushe) and his cronies
The attention of the National Association Of Kwara State Students (NAKSS), National Headquarters led by Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola has been drawn to a malicious publication making waves on social media sponsored by Comr. Muftau Mubarak Sh*ttu and his cronies claiming the CAC Registration of NAKSS was false and was not backed with records with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Responding in the interest of Members of the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) at home and in the Diaspora,
1. It is laughable that an illegitimate group that has come out to criticize a laudable feat attained by the Comr. Adekunle led NAKSS National Leadership - legitimizing NAKSS did not do their homework well, basically with even verifying if an Association is registered with the CAC as a Business (which NAKSS isn't) or an Incorporated Trustee (a category NAKSS belongs to).
The claim that the NAKSS Registration Number IT - 167297 belongs to a Company operating in Bauchi State is false and malicious as the records of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) say differently and the documents are public for all NAKSSites to verify.
2. NAKSS which has been trolled for months in controversies over leadership of the Association has also finally via this registration defined a new sense of direction to her members and the public on who to relate with as Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola and his Executive remain the only recognized and legitimate leaders of NAKSS National Headquarters. This new reality no doubt has foiled all attempts by enemies of the Association to sustain their divide and rule antics.
3. Comr. Muftau Mubarak Sh*ttu and his conies are warned to desist from further acts of impersonation using NAKSS and formally withdraw their statements misrepresenting the NAKSS CAC Registration narrative in a ploy to mislead the NAKSSites and the Public or face litigation for libel.
Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola has continued to consolidate on building bridges across divides to give NAKSS a firm foundation upon which future generations can build on and NAKSSites at home and abroad will be better for it. This commitment and sincerity of purpose has been reaffirmed in the giants steps taken to ensure the Association is legally recognized globally as a group operating under known laws and regulations.
We call on all Members of our great Association to distance themselves from fabricated falsehood in any guise aimed at stirring acrimony and mischief amongst NAKSSites moving forward. The Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola led NAKSS would continue to stay transparent and accountable to the future of our Association even as preparations are underway for a hitch transition of the National Association of Kwara State Students, National Headquarters.
