Martha Eginiwin Martha Eginiwin is a social entrepreneur, development practitioner, project manager, education advocate, youth expert and non profit management consultant with over 5 years experience in designing and implementing innovative community development projects.
She is a Global Youth Ambassador of Theirworld, and holds a Bsc. from the prestigious University of Port Harcourt, a Non Profit Leadership and Management Certification from Lagos Business School and other globally recognized certifications from top notch institutions.
She leverages project design and implementation, training, mentorship, workshops, education advocacy, youth empowerment, volunteerism, grassroot engagement, technology, collaborations and consultancy to contribute to the actualisation of the SDGs.
She has led over 35 community development projects cutting across school intervention programmes, water, sanitation and hygiene access, youth and women empowerment programmes and other social works.
Through her work with local and international organizations across the civic, public and business sectors, she has impacted over 10,800 people through set up and management of a not-for-profit nursery and primary school in Kaduna State, Nigeria currently benefiting over 250 children; teaching, scholarship award and educational resource donation programmes that benefitted over 620 children; leadership and empowerment training, workshops, outreaches, campaigns, summits and conferences that impacted over 6850 young people and women; water and sanitation projects serving over 3000 people (children, mothers and fathers) across four states in Nigeria.
In October 2023, she launched the ‘OVERCOMING NETWORK’ and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. This is an initiative that aims to drive personal, professional and economic development for young people through mentorship, collaboration and community systems.
She believes that education is the foundation for achieving sustainable development and everyone deserves the right to school, good teachers and mentors, and so, it is important that all children and young people in all places have inclusive and equitable access to enhance personal, professional and community development.
