Happy International Women’s Day!

This year, we want every woman to know that the world hears you and you are valued. This isn't just another year of conversations; it's a year of action.

A recent survey conducted by the PAWA Initiative highlighted a significant challenge faced by women in the workplace: finding a balance between their professional and personal lives. This struggle often leads to feelings of stress, burnout, isolation, and guilt as women navigate multiple roles and expectations simultaneously.

Our focus this year is on addressing the unique individual needs of women in the workplace, particularly in the tech industry. We believe the most effective way to accomplish this is by listening to your voices. In our commitment to fostering inclusivity and supporting women in tech, we have developed a questionnaire tailored to identifying and addressing real issues.

We invite you to take a moment to contribute to bridging this gap by sharing your insights through our questionnaire:

Additionally, we've curated an article titled "Inspiring Women’s Inclusion in Tech: Empowering Women to Bridge the Gender Gap" to provide further insight and inspiration.

How can we inspire inclusion? We'd love to hear your thoughts.
