As a Rotary Peace Fellow, I will be hosting this event as part of my Social Change Initiative to promote peace. Makerere University Rotary Peace Center
The Peaceful Grazeland Concert is envisioned as a cultural celebration with a mission to create harmony, understanding, and cooperation between the farming and herding communities. The event will feature music, dance, storytelling, and art exhibitions rooted in the traditions of both communities. By blending cultural expression with dialogue, the concert seeks to cultivate empathy, celebrate diversity, and set the foundation for a peaceful future.
