We let one person tell everyone their job was easy. It did not end well for him. 😅

Every office has that one person who thinks everybody else's job is easy, and today he got to find out for himself.

Behind every event, campaign and post you see from Dr. Stephen Akintayo is a team that writes the code, runs the ads, designs the visuals and serves the clients who keep the work moving. It looks simple from the outside because the people doing it make it look that way.

To our dear colleague who now has nine laptops and nine new jobs, we are rooting for you. Please don't call us.

Work hard, laugh harder. That has always been the balance here.

Behind all the events, programs, and projects we run, there is a team that knows how to breathe and today the office turned one bowl and one throw into the loudest moment of the week. The deal was simple, make your shot and your wish gets heard, miss it and get back to work.

Great teams are not built in meetings alone. They are built in moments like this, where everyone is just human together.

The Stephen Akintayo Foundation is looking for smart, driven, proactive, and passionate Corps Members to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos.

Your service year can be more than just completing your NYSC requirement. It can be an opportunity to learn, build valuable skills, work with professionals, and gain experiences that can prepare you for the next stage of your career.

How well do you really know the people you work with? 😂

We decided to put Mr. Isaac, the Managing Director of the Foundation, to the test with a simple challenge: identify members of the team using only their voices.

No faces.

No hints.

No second chances. 😂

Just one person speaking and Mr. Isaac had to guess who it was.

Honestly, we were impressed by how many voices he recognised. It also got us thinking about something important.

A great workplace is not just about meetings, targets and getting the job done. It is also about relationships.

It is about knowing the people you work with beyond their job titles.

It is about creating an environment where people can laugh together, learn together and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.

Sometimes, the little moments matter the most.

The random conversations.

The inside jokes.

The laughter in the office.

The challenges that have absolutely nothing to do with work but somehow bring everyone closer. 😂

At the end of the day, people spend a significant part of their lives at work. So why not build a culture where people can be productive and still have fun?

The Stephen Akintayo Foundation is opening its Global Business Community volunteer team, a group that will work with Dr. Stephen Akintayo and our team to deliver events and programs across the world. You will gain global networking, hands-on experience, and exclusive training, and you will be part of a family that celebrates its own.
